Stunning city, amazing sights to see and well worth a trip.
Stunning city, amazing sights to see and well worth a trip. Found the language barrier difficult but got by, a few Spanish phrases definitely help. Salamanca area is lovely for a nice dinner and drinks. We walked most of the trip but the hop on hop off busses are worth it. The park is a must!

The vibe of the city is very nice and lively.
The vibe of the city is very nice and lively. A lot of sightseeing options, some of them a bit overrated. Stayed there only for a weekend with bad weather unfortunately, would like to see more. Great food options.

Elegant, lively but tranquil.
Elegant, lively but tranquil. People are friendly everywhere and it’s one of my favorite walking cities since the sidewalks are spacious and clean and most vehicles are electric so no smog.
Lots of boutiques and small privately owned businesses give Madrid that charm that I miss now in many other capitals.
It’s on the top of my favorite places and can’t wait to return

According to my research, people said that Madrid doesn't have many things like Barcelona but I feel it's equally big and needs the same time to be covered properly. I booked a 24H stay but if I would come back, I'd stay atleast 3 days to explore the city properly!
The hotel is located at one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Madrid, Barrio de las letras. It is in the center of Madrid but is not loud at all and not that crowded. You have too many options like bars, supermarkets and beautiful alternative boutiques to shop. The owners of the hotel are so pleasant and helpful, they can give you any info you want about the city. The room is small, convenient, absolutely clean and with all the comforts you need. One of the best accommodation experiences that i would choose again for sure!
Without a doubt, one of the best places I have every stayed at. The location is AMAZING, the view from my room was unbelievable (Spain's National Library), the room had everything I needed (perfect wifi, air conditioner, good space, safety security box, kitchen, all amenities - they even gave me a coffee machine when I asked for one). the front desk/reception was available 24/7 and helped me with everything I needed. Truly, exceeded my expectations and will definitely stay again when I go back to Madrid!
All the staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly , the gentleman who checked us in also gave us some recommendations of good Spanish restaurants nearby, sadly I forgot to get his name. The bar is very nice & so is the swimming pool. The hotel is 2 minutes walk away from the Metro which takes you into Madrid city centre and there are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We parked in their underground carpark which was secure and reasonably priced.
All the staff we met were courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast display was exceptional, plentiful and fresh. We did have a meal in our room 1 evening and again it was well presented and freshly cooked. The hotel is situated in Madrid city centre close to bus routes and Metro. Our room was overlooking the main street but noise wasn't a problem. Plenty of storage space and the bathroom looked newly refurbished. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.
This is a perfect location, being attached to the Chamartin station. One can get to the airport, to amy point in Madrid, and pretty much any place in Spain by train quite easily from this hotel. The pricing was a good value. The reception allowed me a late checkout, which enabled me a quick shopping trip to El Corte Ingles before heading to the airport. The meal service was a good value and good service. The room and the hotel appeared clean and comfortable.
An amazing place to stay in Madrid. Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and they always responded to our requests. The breakfast was really good, but if you can find a good deal via Booking, just take it(on site is 15 euros). The hotel has good connection with the city centre. The nearest metro station is about 10 minutes walking. Overall I recommend this place to stay and definitely we will book for a second time in Madrid.
The apartment was clean and comfortable and had was well equipped with regards to the kitchen. the location was fairly good. In Madrid a lot of things are within walking distance so it’s about a 20 minute walk into the city centre. Uber’s are also relatively cheap so we either walked places or got an Uber.
We checked-in at 11:30pm roughly and the process was very simple with clear instructions provided by the hotel.
I've been to Madrid a few times already but this hotel is the best! Perfect location! Within walking distance to places of interest (Plaza del Sol, Opera, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, Palacio Real, Gran Via, Metro Stations, shopping centers, restaurants, etc.). Excellent staff - from the reception to the breakfast crew to housekeeping. Hotel is very clean and the interior design is quite high end.
The man at check-in was welcoming; the room was very comfortable; the beds were comfortable; the shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The location can't be beat for closeness to a lot of Madrid's must-see sights. DNorte, the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, had good food. The cheeseburger was great and the staff were courteous, which can't be said for all wait-staff in Spain.
The hotel is located at the business district of Madrid, 5 minutes walking distance from Chamartin central train and subway station, very convenient not only to commute to the city centre but also to visit nearby cities. The room was spacious enough with nice furniture and quiet. The breakfast, althougt it costed 25€, was very satisfying offering a big variety. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Is my second stay on this hotel. I choose it cause is free transfer from airport, they're attentive to customers having a fast reply and caring for you.
The location is very near airport and 40 min by metro to city center of Madrid.
Breakfast is also nice, small but enough. If you have overnight for a trip i think this hotel suits very well and the worth for money is super
We stayed room only as we wanted to eat a local breakfast, room was really nice, fab bathroom and shower, plenty of space. Location is perfect for exploring the city, as it was our first visit to Madrid it was easy to walk around the city from this hotel. It was easy and cheap to transfer from the airport to the city centre via the underground, it takes around 30 mins.
The hotel was very cleaned and the overall look and feel was great. The rooftop was a plus especially for summer days, great DJ.
Location is the best close to all shops in Gran Via and great center point to visiit any place in Madrid. Callao Metro station is only steps away and recently opened Gran Via metro station is also very close.
Pros
1. Probably the best hotel room and amenities we had during our 3 week trip in Spain
2. The best mattress definitely, ideal firmness
3. Close to the metro (4 minutes walk) and 40 minutes to the center (Grand Via station)
4. Last but far from least, The excellent sound proofing so at last we had a quiet night
This hotel has one of the best locations in Madrid. You have access to everything and are located in the heart of the beautiful street of Gran Via. The staff are very kind and helpful. Overall, it is a great experience.
Location is very convenient with pleasant walking to all main attractions. The room is big and very clean. The bed are very comfortable. Plenty restaurants around. It was the best hotel through our Spain trip.
I’m enjoy every area and places very chic and modern design.
The staff I give them +5 stars.
Thanks for alls the information of the city of Madrid for my first time in Spain.
