Location was awesome. Greeted with a big friendly smile from the receptionist. The unit was Very spacious and clean. I requested a mattress topper on my bed, which made a huge difference. Thank you. So happy, with our stay and I will make this our local hotel, when we come to Cairns again.

We spend 10 nights here and had a great stay. Location is great, right next to big shopping centre with supermarkets and central trainstation (Kuranda scenic train leaves and arrives here). Within walking distance to town central, beach, restaurants etc. We only needed car for one day because of this. The facilities in the kitchen were good and we made breakfast ourselves everyday but one. Everything was clean and tidy. Dishwasher and laundry machine came in handy. Airconditioning was on both rooms which was absolutely brilliant. We loved the gym, sauna and the pools. We had some problems with the Wi-Fi but as soon as we mentioned it to the reception we got Wi-Fi extender and had no more problems. Chromecast in the room gave nice touch for vacay!
