You have the opportunity to browse over 22,000 properties all in one place and compare rates and availability easily. easyJet hotels offers flexible booking meaning you can book in advance or up to the moment of your stay. You can book online 24 hours a day, or by telephone between the hours of 08:00 and 22.00 Monday to Friday, and 08:00 to 20:00 Saturday and Sunday (GMT).

Do I get charged a booking fee?

No, the easyJet hotels service is completely free to use. The price you see is the price you pay.

Why can’t I always book online?

easyJet hotels offer a wide range of accommodation and flexible booking options. This sometimes means that while we can offer great value prices, you may have to telephone us to make your reservation. This particularly affects small hotels and guest houses who cannot offer online availability due to the risk of overbooking.

Is there a difference in booking by telephone?

No. If the hotel you have chosen is available to be booked online then this is the quickest method of making a reservation. If you have additional questions then you will find using the call centre most efficient, as online requests cannot be guaranteed. There is no additional charge for booking by telephone, other than the cost of the telephone call.

How do I know it is safe to book online?

How do I know my details are secure?

Once you have booked with easyJet hotels, your details are stored on the LateRooms secure server, which cannot be accessed by anyone external to our company. Why do we take credit card details?

easyJet hotels (provided by LateRooms.com) do not take payment from you; however we need to take your credit card details to secure your booking with the hotel. Your card will usually be pre-authorised and payment will only be taken if you fail to arrive at the hotel and have not cancelled your reservation. Please ensure that you check the cancellation policy of the hotel before you book, as on occasion hotels will require full payment at the time of booking. The normal procedure is to pay the hotel on departure using any credit/debit card, not necessarily the one you used to secure the booking.

What do you do with my information?

Your personal information and card details will be passed on to the hotel you book to process your reservation, but nowhere else. Any information entered into the online booking page is securely encrypted and protects your information from being tampered with. We will keep your booking information on file indefinitely. This is to assist in any customer service issues that may arise, and to ensure that we meet legal requirements relating to tax etc. Your card details will, however, be destroyed as soon as you've stayed at your chosen accommodation.

What guarantees do I have with online booking?

In the event that your credit card details are used for a fraudulent transaction, your credit card company will reimburse you.

Do I pay easyJet hotels or the hotel?

easyJet hotels (provided by LateRooms.com) will never debit your card. All payment is made directly to the hotel. Their individual cancellation policy will inform you whether a deposit or full payment will be taken prior to your stay. Most hotels featured on easyJet hotels require you to pay in full upon your arrival or departure, and simply take your credit card details to secure the room.

Why do the prices change on different dates?

easyJet hotels (provided by LateRooms.com) is about getting customers a great deal whilst helping hotels fill empty beds. Hotels vary their prices depending on their occupancy levels, which results in different rates for different dates. All rates are real time prices, so these can reduce or increase right up to the moment of your stay, but the price you have booked at is the price you pay.

The easyJet hotels team (provided by LateRooms.com) will ensure that all your requirements are met regardless of how complicated they may appear. Can I cancel or amend my booking?

Bookings can be cancelled or amended free of charge provided that these are done in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy. The cancellation policy can be found on the hotel’s details page and on your booking confirmation. Please ensure that you check the policy before booking as there are some exceptions to this. All cancellations and amendments should be made with easyJet hotels by following the link on your confirmation email or calling +44 (0)844 774 5997.

Can I book accommodation more than 12 months in advance?

Unfortunately we cannot accept reservations outside of the 12 month booking window as the majority of hotels do not allocate easyJet hotels rates so far in advance.
