Boasting a garden and a restaurant, Castle Inn is situated in Lydford. Guests can have a drink at the bar. All rooms in the inn are fitted with a flat-screen TV. Really happy with accommodation. Evening meal was amazing and the breakfast was very nice and filling.

Set in Torquay, 400 metres from Torre Abbey Sands Beach, Belgrave Sands Hotel & Spa offers accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Welcome at reception, very nicely decorated throughout, room spotlessly clean, bed super comfy, hospitality tray in bedroom excellent quality and choices & fresh milk in the fridge. Just a shame I was there on my own and for only 1 night.

Situated in Buckfastleigh on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, next to the banks of River Dart. Among the various facilities of this property are a terrace, garden and a bar. Very comfortable hotel, peaceful location, friendly staff.

The Mason Arms is located on Devon’s Jurassic Coast, just a 10-minute walk from Branscombe Beach. Our 10/10 stay at this place started the night we arrived. After a somewhat harrowing drive in the dark/rain/fog down a tiny road we were exhausted. The lovely man (Dan who it turns out was just filling in but did a bang up job) at the check in just took us straight to our (out of this world) room and said "Check in in the morning, no problem" and handed us a pot of cream (... this is for your coffee/tea). The room itself was huge and gorgeous with a full sitting room area, mini kitchen and a giant king sized bed that was so comfortable I would still be there if I could. The bathroom had a great shower and a giant bath tub. We stumbled across to the pub and (although it was past kitchen closing) the chef made us a lovely salmon dinner. Things just got better from there - gorgeous full breakfasts, lovely dinners, kind and caring staff EVERYWHERE. The town is tiny but stunning with plenty of interesting historical buildings and great hikes both around the area and over to the next town (charmingly called Beer). Thank you to Dan, Sophie, Connor and Hannah for making our stay so incredibly special.

The Hoops Inn & Country Hotel is a Grade II listed property nestled within unspoilt countryside and 5 minutes’ drive from a scenic coastal walk. My family & I love The Hoops Inn. The staff are warm & welcoming & the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The food is also fabulous! We keep coming back as we're very happy staying here!

Offering a garden and garden view, Westley B&B is situated in Uplyme, 2.8 km from Lyme Regis Front Beach and 14 km from Golden Cap. Absolutely lovely hosts in a very comfortable home. Every detail had been thought about (including a wee torch next to the bed for night-time). The house is located right next to a lovely historic river walk down to the main town, with a bus-stop outside as a return option. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. We very much appreciated the hospitality shown to us.

Located in Paignton and only 300 metres from Paignton Beach, The Clifton at Paignton provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property was super quiet and clean. The hosts were very friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for an extremely relaxing break

Boasting a spa and wellness centre and views of quiet street, The Ramblers' Rest - Princetown is a guest house situated in a historic building in Princetown, 37 km from Newton Abbot Racecourse. Great to have a small kitchen, Terry and Nikki were brilliant. Very dog friendly. Plenty of parking. Big family rooms if needed.

Offering quiet street views, HORTUS HOUSE - Regency style apartment with attached parking is an accommodation situated in Brixham, 2 km from Man Sands Beach and 3 km from Fishcombe Cove Beach. I arrived later then expected and Chris and Anne kindly met me in the drive coming into the parking and showed me where the keys were. I entered the property with ease and the outside lights were already on.
