Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Very well appointed apartment with everything you would need. The hotel is high quality with small play park and pools.

United Arab EmiratesWe only had 2 issues.... 1)The 3rd bedroom (very small, but comfortable - likely a 'maids room') only had sheets on it. All the other beds had a blanket/Duvet. We requested a blanket, which we received. But the following morning we were informed that there is an extra fee each night for us to use this blanket for our son in this room. It makes no sense why there is not appropriate blankets in this bedroom. 2)Housekeeping also came on the first morning at 8am and woke us up wanting to clean the rooms - we were all still in bed, and we said it wasn't required yet! Housekeeping then never came back for the duration of our stay.
The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and comfortable. It was a short walking distance to the hotel pool and facilities. Staff at the hotel were friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the fishing trip which we caught lots of fish, and also the snorkeling around Snoopy Island. The staff at the pool were phenomenal!!! Drinks, food, ice cream... they were amazing and super friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
