This property was exquisite! From the property itself, to the staff who treated you like royalty, to the fantastic choice of restaurants and the very high standard of food, to the location and also the facilities nearby at Le Royal Meridien, everything was absolutely perfect!!! We cannot wait to go back again! 😍

Having a baby stroller was a little bit inconvenient as there were some stairs that we had to go up and down and the elevators were in a slightly inconvenient location.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and well kept and the location was great...right on the Marina which makes it easy to walk around the area.

This property is split into two towers , 1 and 2 . Both towers have outdoor pools but both are in the shade from 1.30pm onwards . Tower 2 pool closes at 3pm on a Saturday and 4pm on weekdays, which I found to be early . This meant only tower 1 was available and got crowded . No sun and sunbeds close together , with not much privacy between beds . You can go to their sister hotel and use the beach and pools there , but this became a little bit of a faff ,going between the two hotels , especially in 40 degree heat . Personally I prefer everything in one hotel . Some reviews Iv read , said you can walk to the sister hotel . I’d advise not to do this as the roads are busy and chaotic . It’s best to catch the free shuttle bus .

Fabulous property and deserves all of its 5* reviews . Excellent customer service , professional and courteous at all times . The rooms are large with every amenity you could need . Beds and pillows are of a high quality with exquisite bed linen to match with excellent housekeeping . I loved the choice of restaurants and the Buddha Bar and RhodesW1 are a must visit place with excellent food . You are right on the marina and lots of lovely restaurants on hand and the walk around it is just lovely .

I’ve stayed at the Grosvenor house before two years ago and really enjoyed it. Hence decided to come back again. This time our stay was even better with getting an upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartment. We also had a birthday celebration and the hotel sent us a cake, wine and lovely card which we were so touched by. The staff was exceptional. I was impressed with a professionalism of ALL staff working at the hotel - reception, housekeeping, spa etc I cannot stop saying how impressed we were and we will certainly be coming back to the Grosvenor House again

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff, high level of design in any corner of hotel! Complimentary access to the beach, more and more small things which built your holiday in perfect harmony. It was our second stay in Grosvenor House and we really loved it! We will definitely return to this hotel!

No power point for blow dryer in the bathroom.

Breakfast buffet was amazing, best I’ve ever had. House keeping was exceptional. Thank you. We have cancelled our next destination and have rebooked with you. So looking forward to returning.

we had early check out and asked about breakfast. One girl from customer service told us we can have just continental breakfast in our room, for us it was very bad, as we don't eat flakes and bakery. She ordered it for us. In the evening we decided to ask once again, and another girl from service desk told us, that we can order what ever we want from breakfast menu. We asked to cancel continental breakfast and surprise-surprice it was not even ordered. Good, that we checked and ordered normal breakfast. One more issue with the same girl, we reserved Budha-bar, and she told us, that we will need to leave bar before 9pm as we have a child with us. It was not issue for us. But...next day we were not allowed to Budha-bar, one thing- no reservation, another one- we have a child and it is not allowed. Of course we received apologies, but...

We arrived at 10 am and received our room immediately! After night flight it was really nice! Absolute best service you could ask for. Perfect breakfast and dinner. Once we were in ToroToro restaurant, but the main one in the hotel is much more better. You can find everything you want. Our daughter (6y) received a small present, of course after such a surprise she wants to go only to Grossvenor.

Plenty around the hotels to do the staff are fabulous , the hotel is an older hotel but is excellent , the sister hotel with mini bus taking you there gives the option of city and beach holiday
