Not easy to find the shuttle bus, the bus station is pretty hidden and the explanations provided by the hotel are not sufficient. This needs to be better organised with more precise instructions. Although the hotel is just across the airport and clearly visible it is not possible to walk while driving takes 10-15 minutes as one has to drive around in circles.

Check-in was easy and fast. The room was ok, clean, comfortable bed. However, I chose this hotel only to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, for one night only, if for a longer stay I would certainly not recommend it as the location is not good visiting the city of Dubai.

Right next to airport but you cannot walk. Free shuttle, all airport employees know where it leaves from. Sure beats sleeping in the airport.

Courtesy bus from the airport was a disaster. We were sent to 5 different places by the ground staff. Ended up paying for a taxi,which was so annoying, because it advertised as having a courtesy bus.

Value for money for an 7hour lay over in transit to Tokyo.

-Free Airport shuttle every 30 mins from the terminal 3 departures - car park -great price -I took the free shuttle to the airport to catch the metro every time I had to go out which was great. -let’s be honest, the hotel is basic but great for a short stay and super affordable -wifi good, staff great -perfect for a quick trip

Rooms a bit dated, but look to be in the process of renovation.

This hotel has an excellent location with a regular shuttle bus to the airport. At the airport, you can also pick up the Metro to go into the Malls & Burj Khalifa if you're staying longer. The staff are all lovely & helpful. Especially the lady, Bajeema, I think her name is, on reception. The rooms are comfortable but a little dated, however they appear to be renovating them. Costa coffee is in reception, good food, drinks and service. The little English-style pub near reception has a great atmosphere and service, showing sports on the screens, and serves good food and drinks.

The only downside is that it's far from the main sights. There is a metro station about 1300m from the hotel. It also isn't very easy to find the shuttle stop at the airport.

Everything was sparkling clean - the sheets and the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. There was a kettle and plenty of coffee and tea and two small bottles of water daily. There's a vending machine in the hall on each floor where you can get water and soft drinks at affordable prices. The staff were kind and helpful and responded to all our requests quickly. The temperature in the room was pleasant even without AC There's a free shuttle to and from the airport and to some shopping malls. It's close to the airport.

The Premier Inn was perfect for us as a very comfortable rest on our journey to Europe. Great to have the roof top pool and regular shuttle.

It would be nice if the shuttle would pick up from all airport terminals, since that was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. Also, there is a restaurant in the hotel on the ground floor that hotel guests get a discount at; however, we wanted to grab dinner before our late night flight, but since we had checked out that morning and were no longer "hotel guests" at that exact moment they said we couldn't get it. We understood and it wasn't a big deal, it just seems like a silly rule since we we payed to stay at the hotel and all.

Bed and room were very comfortable and exactly what we expected! We just had a long travel day, and since the hotel is so close to the airport we were able to arrive quickly and get to bed ASAP. We couldn't get a shuttle there since we arrived in Terminal 2 but we used the free shuttle service to get dropped off at the airport again the next day which was very nice!
