Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel has an excellent location with a regular shuttle bus to the airport. At the airport, you can also pick up the Metro to go into the Malls & Burj Khalifa if you're staying longer. The staff are all lovely & helpful. Especially the lady, Bajeema, I think her name is, on reception. The rooms are comfortable but a little dated, however they appear to be renovating them. Costa coffee is in reception, good food, drinks and service. The little English-style pub near reception has a great atmosphere and service, showing sports on the screens, and serves good food and drinks.

SerbiaThe only downside is that it's far from the main sights. There is a metro station about 1300m from the hotel. It also isn't very easy to find the shuttle stop at the airport.
Everything was sparkling clean - the sheets and the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. There was a kettle and plenty of coffee and tea and two small bottles of water daily. There's a vending machine in the hall on each floor where you can get water and soft drinks at affordable prices. The staff were kind and helpful and responded to all our requests quickly. The temperature in the room was pleasant even without AC There's a free shuttle to and from the airport and to some shopping malls. It's close to the airport.

United StatesIt would be nice if the shuttle would pick up from all airport terminals, since that was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. Also, there is a restaurant in the hotel on the ground floor that hotel guests get a discount at; however, we wanted to grab dinner before our late night flight, but since we had checked out that morning and were no longer "hotel guests" at that exact moment they said we couldn't get it. We understood and it wasn't a big deal, it just seems like a silly rule since we we payed to stay at the hotel and all.
Bed and room were very comfortable and exactly what we expected! We just had a long travel day, and since the hotel is so close to the airport we were able to arrive quickly and get to bed ASAP. We couldn't get a shuttle there since we arrived in Terminal 2 but we used the free shuttle service to get dropped off at the airport again the next day which was very nice!

United KingdomThe roof top swimming pool is quite small but it was not something I wanted to use.
Didn’t use the restaurant for breakfast, had something to eat in the on-site Costa Café which was fine. An excellent budget hotel, friendly staff and a nice comfortable room. A shuttle bus to and from the Airport runs every half an hour, it’s a 10 minute journey. Excellent value for money.

GermanyAlthought we have received a lof of messanges and infos about the shuttle bus, the info was not really accurate. Its mentioned you need to cross the first lane then on the left side. The policeman from the street actually pointed us in the right direction : you need to cross both lanes- the entire street and go through another building and only after take left.
The room was extremly clean (usually airport hotels tend to be a bit sloppy regarding hygiene). We had some confusing info regarding "visa" to go to the hotel. There are companies offering paid visa and other stuff- but for a night between flights you dont need anything fancy. We just went to the immigration and told them we will be staying the night and in the morning we have our second flight. The passports were stamped and that was it. We needed aprox 50 min from descending the aircraft till the hotel (we were flying with Emirates)
