When it rained, the building experienced several issues, particularly with the elevator. The downpour seemed to exacerbate existing problems, or perhaps it was just coincidental timing. Nonetheless, the inconvenience was palpable for everyone relying on it for access between floors.

The price, room, food, and location were all fantastic, and the chef at the restaurant was really amazing!

Having known during check-in that it is Occupant's birthday, not even a small gesture from the hotel was extended. Also, don't like very short glass partition in the bathroom, all the water gets spilt out on the floor.

It is a good hotel conveniently located in Tecom. Room size is OK and comfortable bed. We did not use any of the facilities, so I can not comment on that. But I remember it when it was previously Auris Inn, it is a good hotel.

Besides the many positives and advantages of this place, the sewerage smell at the parking basement wasn't pleasant and was present all the time going in and out of the parking. Moreover, I'd recommend renovating the bathrooms as they are a bit old in design and facility generally.

Within it's area "Barsha Heights" this hotel is for sure one of the best and of the few that stand up in providing high quality experience to it's guests from the check in at the reception where we were met with a very welcoming greeting by Mr. Rami who accompanied us to his desk and made sure our check experience is as smooth as can be. The location of the hotel is very easy to find and reach with a convenient basement parking. The room we were given was very clean, comfortable and quiet as we wanted. In fact, the hotel all over is quiet in general and parties or loud activities are not permitted within the premises. Above that, the housekeeping and in house guest services were very attentive and fast in service delivery. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel within this area always for visitors who are looking for a nice and comfortable visit to Dubai.

A number of time their would be one hot running water to my room making it uncomfortable to have a shower. In addition to this the female stream room and jacuzzi/ whirl pool where not working. This was disappointing as with access to these it would have been a excellent low cost stay with great value for money.

The location was great, just out of downtown in a neigbourhood mixed with commerical and residental proporties. This allowed us to access local amenties such a the pharmacy, clothes store and corner shops when need. The staff at the hotel where excellent and my room small compared to others onsite but extremely comfort and well maintained. There was a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options available which all tasted delish. I was pleased that there was a onsite tour operator who was able to get me booked on to a tour of the city. The shuttle bus to the beach was great for a self directed day down town. Overall a good location and stay in Dubai.

Lifts took long to come, half board menu was good but repetitive. They could have kept separate for lunch and dinner.

A simple coffee is a bit more on the expensive side. The food also could be a bit better. The pool partially has sun.

Friendly staff, clean room, great service when having a request. There are taxi's right in front of the hotel and restaurants and supermarkets in the area.
