Alot of flies at the pool. We visited alot of hotels in the Emirates, and they all had the same problem. Maybe a temporary local plague? Fly traps are recomended.

Loved everything. Heated pool, good airco, good shower, lovely beds and pillows. Free shuttle to the parks and to Dubai. Everything you should expect from a hotel. Price/quality the best hotel of our trip.

The only negative point is that the rooms are small. But you will not have an issue if you are outside all day

The hotel does not look like a 3 star hotel at all ! I would be rated 4 star :) The mean reason i choose this hotel because it is near to Dubai Parks and with very good price. Clean hotel / modern / amazing staff / i liked the inspirational quotes in the room wall/ the hotel provides shuttle bus to Dubai Parks

It should have been better your hotel is accessible by bus, metro except by taxi which is very expensive to spent visiting ang sigt seeing your beautiful Dubai although your shuttle bus made a very good service.

Security with low confidence yo deal with guests parking at the main entrance of the Hotel. Also, some tips on how to approach guests and to deal with them. The carpet in the corridor is stuffy and smells The team at the breakfast room, at the early morning not really switched on.. needs to follow orders for those guest who order omelette etc. Placed order but had to again call to have it on table...

The location was too far from the down town and it was really a big challenge to find a cab coming to such a far away location

Everything inside the hotel was perfect and out class especially 24/7 timings of gym were unbelievable as I haven't seen gym to be available day & night in so many other hotels even 5 stars

It wasn't the most outstanding stay, and perhaps because it was for one night. However, for me its all about feeling the reaction and striving for quality services by eagerly responding to the guests' needs and fulfilling their satisfaction, this hotel runs under those standards. From Trixe working during breakfast time, and Amira managing at the front desk. Other things I was pleased with were: - My daughter's enjoyment of the small play space near the dinning area. - Amusement Park and an Outlet is close by. - A great hotel for those who are looking for a quiet surrounding atmosphere due to less traffic and being secluded from the noise of the city.

Kind staff and extremely supportive. You stay in 3 stars hotel but you will get 5 stars service considering the great room prices. Kids area are awesome and the swimming pool is heated and warm.

Brilliant hotel. We came for another friend’s wedding at a nearby hotel so we were very conveniently close. We had interconnecting rooms booked. Rooms were clean and spacious enough with water provided, and a fridge for your own things. Rooms also had a safe and storage was enough. The hotel has a modern decor and had all the necessary facilities to enjoy your stay. There’s a pool, restaurant, convenience shop, bar, games room including a computer gaming area, a gym and toilet facilities with showers. The lobby area had useful spaces for working. The customer service was superb, staff were attentive and helpful. The pool is a great size and the water was warm. We visited end of Feb and the weather was overcast most days and it was especially windy on one of the days we spent poolside. It was warmer in the pool then out on the loungers that day. The restaurant had a good selection of food. They had a ‘buy one get one free’ promo from lunchtime onwards (same option only). And the breakfast buffet was a very good selection of sweet and savoury, with the option to choose one item off the breakfast a la carte menu. Their check in/out timing is a little unusual at 4pm in / 2pm out. And it’s far from the main Downtown area of Dubai, about 45 mins - 1 hour away by car so definitely good they offer a free shuttle bus for getting to the central places. The times are posted on a board near the reception area. Opposite the hotel and walkable by foot, is an designer outlet shopping mall. All the shops here are of discounted price goods. There were about a handful of restaurants inside - we tried one which served seafood on the menu and it was great. It’s was never busy on the two times we wandered over. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and thought it was very good value for what we paid.

Location was handy as we needed to travel to Abu Dhabi, made the trip shorter. The motiongate theme park was 6 minutes away from the hotel which was an added bonus.
