Spacious, shuttle to and from the airport, gym (albeit a bit small), pool, kind, courteous and very helpful staff. A couple of computers (iMac) to use in the foyer.

Although the facility is a 3-star hotel, it is a very comfortable hotel with many facilities. It made a difference. The employees are friendly. The room is satisfactory.

This well managed quiet hotel with a restaurant, mini market and pool is very clean and comfortable, only 7-10 minutes via the free shuttle to the airport. Our room included free delicious buffet breakfast where we could order a large variety of menu items including eggs and coffee. We found it to be such good value for money! The staff were very nice and we were lucky to get free early checkin and free late checkout on our two stays in Dubai (to break up our long journey from Australia to Italy and on our return). The bed was very comfortable with a double shower stall and a nice hot shower. A large shopping mall is nearby or a metro station to travel about 20 minutes by train to the city centre is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

This time cleaning was bad. Amenities in the bathroom haven’t been changed. There was some hair in a shower. Smell in a fridge.

Location is great, polite personnel, amazing breakfasts! Swimming pool is not big but very clean.

I wish the side table/coffee table was a bit more sturdy (it was dancing a little bit and I spilled my coffee) but that did not stop me from enjoying my stay!

My room was comfy and clean, and I really loved the mini-supermarket on site - it was super convenient! They have everything you might need as a hotel guest. A big thank you to Zain for helping us at check-in, and to Rodica, Nour, and Sachin for their assistance at check-out. The staff were lovely!

Changing a better hair dryer or uploading more pictures of bathroom on website would be nice.

Only one situation disturbed the perfect image and reception of the facility. On site it turned out that due to differently understood terms: booked occupancy vs maximum occupancy, 2 out of 5 people did not have breakfast paid, which seems difficult to obtain from the Booking.com. Some process between Booking.com and the hotel failed? Ultimately, due to discrepancies an additional payment was necessary.

A whole lot of small things and conveniences with no shortcomings that contribute to a positive user experience. The sum of observations prompts us to share our impressions. I will try to list those that caught my attention. - Decor concept: elegant simplicity, industrial style. - Great location - close to the metro (only 300-400 m), but the facility is located in the second line of buildings, thanks to which there is no hustle and bustle from the main street. - Staff smiling, competent, helpful and willing to help. We felt genuinely taken care of. - A person who will take care of the attractions was introduced. - Request for early check-in and adjacent rooms were taken into account. - We were provided with a private passage between the rooms (I haven't had the opportunity to use this solution for a long time, but this time it worked just fine). - Pleasant scent in the room, authentic-smelling towels - The rooms are clean and tidy, modern and comfortable, no faults or shortcomings. - Water distributed in glass bottles. - Mini service: a simple, small box on a console with two types of coffee, tea, to choose from: sweetener sugar and white brown cane sugar. - HDMI output at the bed for TV + USB ports for charging the phone. - Quiet and efficient air conditioning, money safe. - Ecological approach. - Unique decorations and lobby areas, computer access corner, children's corner, open functional zones for guests' use. - Intimate but well-kept swimming pool. The hotel is alive, vibrant and pulsating under the caring eye of the staff. It's nice to look at.
