Wonderful hotel in the heart of Sydney, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Centrally located with some nice bars and restaurants nearby to try. Would absolutely stay here again.

One night we went to bed and noticed the maid didn’t make the bed properly. The top sheet was wrinkled under the doona, not stretched, like not seen and left as is when we got up that morning. It seemed it was not seen. I reported this to the hotel but they ignored it, never came back to us, not even an acknowledgment or apology. They decided it just didn’t happen.

Our room is facing the main Street, sometimes it get a bit nosy in the middle of the night.

Good location, continent for train and walk. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, the whole process is nice and smooth. The interior design is fabulous, love it.

Just exceptional. The location is amazing, rooms are comfortable, clean and with all the things you need. Continental Breakfast is 10/10. Staff are outstanding.

Overall we thought there was little room for improvement and will definitely choose to stay again. The only negative feedback would be that the corridors leading to the rooms look a little tired - aesthetically these areas of the hotel could do with some work

The bed was super comfortable and we loved that the windows opened for fresh air. The staff were all very attentive and friendly, particularly who checked us in. The hotel is in the perfect location close to great restaurants and shops, the light rail and the Horden Pavillion.

A bit limited on room service food and free water in the room, but it is boutique and everything else was phenomenal.

Stunning property, we stayed in the Lizzy room, which was just gorgeous. Looks exactly like the pictures. Unique and beautiful decor. Amazing double shower and tub. Comfortable bed. LOVED the breakfast - simple fruits, yoghurts, granola, bagels and breads to toast with jams, cream cheese and butter; OJ and coffee. Beautifully done with high quality selection. Rooftop is great to sit with a drink, staff are great. A real hidden gem in the heart of Sydney. Looking for an excuse to stay again!!

Lachlan absolutely makes this place a Vibe, 202 need to keep him because if they don't I'm sure they'll loose alot of customers. That dude legit made our stay perfect, so friendly and warm and just a very welcoming dude!

Can’t fix it but room , though fully fitted out nicely , is small. If a couple were travelling with large cases it would be uncomfortable. Perfect for overnight or weekend for singles or couple.

Staff were very charming, knowledgeable and helpful. Great coffee and useful light breakfast in lobby was complimentary and useful. Security locks worked well , its a safe haven

Surry room has clear (instead of frosted) glass doors for its shower area.

Interior decor, location and cleanliness of the room. Gold class Guest services - gave my friends and I excellent food recommendations. Actual room is exactly as shown on the photos.

Amazing ambience, service and comfort with style. Great cocktail menu. Love the sitting area outside with fairy lights. The coffee and OJ was perfect, best that i have had in very long time. Will def stay again soon.
