Only problem was the shower leaked all over bathroom floor. But it must be a known problem as we were left extra towels next day.

Our shower didn't have a good seal on the bottom of it so kept flowing into the rest of the bathroom. Not a major biggie as we just put down extra towels.

The hotel was awesome. The rooms were great and so nice and clean. Was close to the Queen victoria market and docklands. The staff were so helpful and fantastic (reception staff and housekeeping) The beds were super super comfortable. There was a jug, microwave, toaster and pod machine in the kitchen.

A little bit far from the main shopping area. And very quiet at night. No shops around. Would need to walk 10-15 mins maybe to the nearest shop. Didn’t have time to explore so can’t be sure.

Clean and modern apartment! They have everything you need! Surprised that it was like a fully functional apartment in a hotel! Amazed. There was oven, microwave, big fridge with proper freezer, stove, kettle, toaster(I think), washing machine and a separate dryer! Bowls, plates, frying pan, , utensils! Even an ironing board and hair dryer! Fully functional kitchen! Amazing !!!!! Soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels provided. It’s an eco friendly hotel so u would have to ask for toothbrush and bedroom slippers if required. After 11pm, there’s no counter staff so you would have to access your apartment by hotel keycard only. There’s a drinks and snacks vendor machine at lobby, but no 7/11 or convenience store nearby. Super near the main train station which is Melbourne central train station ! But not hard to walk , about 15-20 mins with luggage and it’s a struggle. 2 stops away from queen street market by bus and about 5 mins by taxi to flinders street. Also have trams to the city. By bus about 3 stops and 5 mins walk. Convenient location for the price but not super duper near the city. So take note if you want something right smack at the main shopping districts.

Public transport is minimum 5 mins walk away, or 12 if you are going by train. Late check in is an absolute nightmare. The hotel changes their policy post booking on late check ins and fail to communicate that this procedure is done with a security firm. I was left waiting outside for 30 mins after midnight. To date the hotel has not changed their communication or processes around late check in. It is appalling and dangerous. To note no one is monitoring the cameras, and the doorbells ring to no one. Security takes 30 minutes to arrive, in essence this makes a joke of hotel security.

Its a modern, beautiful hotel, and appears well maintained. The Studio Bean is a great cafe 2 secs away. The room felt private and safe, it is a peaceful hotel.

Clean and comfortable, we had a big balcony. Not too far from free zone just walk around 8-10mins. Good for couples staying and exploring the city. Not too far to airport as well, it took 25 mins to airport in the early morning. It’s a quiet suburb nothing much around here especially bars and restaurants.

Honestly; we had a pretty almost perfect stay! The pillows were too thick for my liking so I ended up sleeping without a pillow, but that’s just because my personal preference is thinner pillows.

We loved the easy access to the pool and spa, the whole hotel was kept tidy and the decor was really nice.

The thermostat in our room seemed to be a bit eccentric….we were either hot or cold, and couldn’t get it to stay at a steady temperature. Also, and this is being very picky, the towels were really small for some reason.

Wonderfully quiet, great location, excellent shower and super comfortable bed. Also great staff and it was very clean! Loved it.

One of the towels in the bathroom seemed to have ‘makeup’ or something on it.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The lobby area was modern and inviting, and staff were friendly. We used the parking on site, which was a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again! We loved it.

I booked this apartment for both my Birthday night and for the convenience of being close to the County Court. I was needing to attend jury duty the next day. I organised parking for my partner and I. As I needed to remain in the city the next day, they were more than happy for me to leave my car with them until i finished up in court. The chocolates and handwritten card on arrival were a lovely personal touch.

The staff were excellent and the location is ideal for a quiet night but close enough to the city during the day. Having a washing machine & dryer in the room was definitely a bonus.

The table in the lounge room hadnt been cleaned well as there was something sticky on it, there was a can of milk in the fridge that wasn’t mine.
