If I had to be picky I’d say decor is a bit out dated

There was no balcony,which would have been fantastic . The interior decor was ok but dark and dated. The lighting was too dark. There were the sounds and vibrations of other doors slamming exceptionally hard.Which was very annoying.

Loved the room with the bath spa.The king bed was extremely comfortable. The outside day spa was fantastic as well as the pool . The Massage was amazing! Staff very friendly.

Management was hostile, defensive and aggressive when we asked as to why the room didn’t come with a standard microwave.

The spa facilities were exceptional.

The rooms were very dark. The servicing of the room poor. Not able to wash dishes. Glasses were dirty

The only thing I could recommend is to heat the pool, very cold even at the end of summer. I understand it might be a plunge pool style after Roman bath but that should be a separate cold bath and the large pool be ready for everyone to use. This is the only suggestion as I was fine but allot of other guests were not and seemed disappointed that they could use the pool.

The rooms are a little dated and could do with a fresh paint job to brighten it up. The walls are a creamy / yellow. The shower is in the toilet which is weird. But it is a longish kind of room separated with a sliding door to the bathroom. However there is no shower curtain or screen so water splashes everywhere. But the shower water strength is good. Prices were also pretty high due to the Easter weekend rates.

Very comfortable motel with the extra spa treatments available to book ( we had a massage each ) and the small swimming pool which was nice to sit around and relax. Very spacious bedrooms (we were upstairs in room 21) with nice views towards the bush. The location is a convenient 5 min drive into Echuca. Across the road is a convenient bakery for morning coffee. Best of all was the service. Very friendly and helpful upon check in and also room service was great with clean towels and bottles of water in the fridge. We also liked the little extras provided in this upgraded room. A lovely stay. We were happy.

restaurant was not available and we weren't offered a discount. Did receive an email 2 days prior saying it was closed though. bar had minimal drinks and variety was poor.

room was spacious and clean spa was enjoyable but being underneath another room - we heard theirs going above us late at night and early in the morning.

The mosquito's in the room were annoying. I think they were coming through the gap in the door frame.

Internet was very slow and the restaurant/bar was closed and didn’t offer breakfast.

Great pool, air conditioner was great on hot days, shower was also great and big spacious room. Bed was also very comfortable.

The pool water was not that clean lots of bugs and a big oily - the filter not working correctly and chlorine level obviously not right

LOVED THE VIEW OUT THE LARGE BACK WINOWS - QUIET BUSHLAND, GUM TREES. ALSO THE LARGE OUTDOOR POOL WHICH FITTED WITH THE LANDSCAPED GARDEN AROUND IT
