I would recommend a remodeling of the entrance hall. It’s quite old but doesn’t impact on the whole experience

We got the wrong info during the checking about the breakfast times. We arrived 1 minute past the finish time and couldn't even grab something from the buffet. It took some convincing to be given some pastries and scrambled eggs. The waiter that took care of us was exceptional and made all the difference! If I am not wrong, her name is Fiorela

The room, express checking and checkout, 12pm checkout was great! The attention to my partner birthday, they left a treat and a lovely card in the room!

The location was great just a short walk to the harbour, restaurants and shops.Rooms had all we needed and more. Most comfortable bed we stayed in the whole holiday. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had a partial harbour view room on the 26th floor and loved it. There was a comfortable built-in seating area by the window, so when I had jet lag and woke up at 4am, I could at least sit and watch the sun rise over the harbour. The bed was comfortable and the room had a great range of glassware, robes, slippers, etc to make our stay comfortable. The swimming pool is larger than it looks and was great for doing some laps (plus I had it to myself at 10am on a Monday). The staff were very kind and helpful.

Nothing to say here, it was perfect

I lived out one night stay after a 30 hour flight, we arrived at 6am and check in was to be 3pm but our room was ready and nothing was too much trouble for them. Staff are lovely and the views were amazing can’t wait to finish our trip with our last evening back there on 5th June

There just doesn't seem to be value for money in hotels like this. We spend a decent amount on a night out but there is nothing except a simple room. Perhaps inclusions of parking or breakfast ($60 per person is crazy) or a bottle of wine on arrival. Just something to add to the experience.

The breakfast buffet was very extensive but very overpriced in our estimation, so decided not to partake after 1st morning. Hence the reason for a score of 8. Found plenty of other alternatives in the area more reasonably priced.

Paid extra for a room with views of the Bridge and Opera House which didn't disappoint. Ordered room service 1st night which was very nicely served by attentive and friendly staff. Bathroom with bath was a bonus but quite small and very little space to store our toiletry bags. Peaceful location intially spoiled by noisy kids from room nextdoor running around in corridor outside for a while but thankfully had stopped by the time we turned in. Bed was comfy and we slept well.

That the reviews almost made me not choose our Sydney vacation staying here.

The ask. Room with a view of Sydney Harbor in a lovely hotel. We almost didn't choose this because other hotels are ranked as excellent and this is not. Well it should be. From the second we arrived and our bags were whisked to our room even before check-in, the turn down service at night, the care of housekeeping, the fantastic concierge suggestions. And did I mention the view. Best position right in front of the harbor. Bridge and opera house in full view 24/7. Thank you for an incredible stay. And for my birthday a sweet treat was delivered by the manager.

The location was very convenient and gave us an even better view than I expected! The highlight of our stay was definitely the wonderful staff and service. Mode Kitchen & Bar staff were especially amazing, and the food throughout our stay was always delicious.

We love the location and the views from the building. It was so convenient to the cruise terminal, and we were able to drop bags off early well before checking out of the hotel itself. The room and bed were great, and we have now used this place twice. It feels like a special treat every time we stay there! Being close to the rocks there are plenty of eateries for breakfast lunch or dinner.
