What should have been an amazing stay was somewhat tarnished by the constant noise of a hammer drill during the day time from the room above us. Definitely no day time siestas on this trip

Bathroom needed a re vamp. Bath and beach towels shabby. No bathroom amenities. Bulk shampoo and conditioner under sink that had been watered down. Soap was a tiny square. Even though it did state bathroom amenities in booking. Room was not worth the money. Common areas old and dirty plates and rubbish around the pool. Pool cushions need replacing. Dirty and stained

This hotel exceeded our expectations, our room was freshly renovated and had everything we needed. We had a comfy king bed with fresh linen. The location was perfect!

It's not a big deal for us, but there is no elevator, so if you have heavy bags or dislike stairs, book a room on a lower floor. While the listing on Booking.com says 'Parking available', it is not guaranteed. Fortunately, we got a park, and the car remained there.

It is an older-style hotel at the end of Hastings Street, but it is still very well located. Lots of dining options close by, and the beach is a stone-throw away. The property managers were very friendly. Our room was on the top floor and had everything we needed, including a view of the Noosa River. Overall, it was quiet, but our neighbours were very noisy. Pool towels are available but are $5 each for the duration of your stay.

The unit smelled a bit mouldy. Suggest investigating in some damp rid and reed diffusers. For the price I’d expect 2 pillows per person on the bed. The sofa bed is really thin, my 7 year old complained about the sponge sticking into his bones.

We selected the ‘pay upon arrival’ option when we booked, but were contacted by the hotel to pay 1 night up front. This wasn’t a big issue but just not what was advertised on this website. Also, the rooms were not very sound proof. There was a family with small kids staying in the room next to us and we could hear them crying/shouting quite a lot.

The location was 10/10. The room was small but tidy. It had a nice view overlooking the river. The check in/out process was simple.

We didn’t get our mid week service when staying for 7 nights which was a bit annoying as we had rubbish, dirty towels that weren’t drying and had run out of toilet paper.

Perfect spot in the quiet end of Hastings street. We had a river suite and it was really nice to look out onto the river. The rooms are nicely furnished and bed comfortable.

The bathroom door opened inwards to a fairly compact vanity/toilet/shower which made getting into and out of the bathroom difficult.

We were in Noosa Heads to get married. The ceremony was planned for Little Cove however intermittent rain showers were coming over all day and there looked like a possibility that the outdoor ceremony might not be possible due to rain. I discussed the situation with the management team - Tony and Sharon, who immediately suggested that they would prepare a room with a view over the river as a Plan B in case the rain did not let up. Their willingness to prepare a Plan B gave us great peace of mind. As it turned out, a break in the rain, enabled the ceremony to go ahead at Little Cove, however it was comforting to know we had a back up and full credit to Tony and Sharon for being so willing to help out. The pool area was beautifully maintained, the pool itself was heated and enjoyable. The location on Hastings St is great and very close to multiple restaurants and other retail outlets.
