Needed another air conditioning unit at the rear of apartment # 16. The dark exterior wall of the building made the bathroom and Master bedroom like an oven.

Could have been cleaner, there was some mold on the curtains and things just seemed a little rundown.

Location and view were fantastic. We stayed on the 7th floor and had a perfect view of the Mooloolaba New Years Eve fire works. Parking was secure.

nothing to clean dishes with, no bun liners..floor was dirty. dead cockroaches under lounge chairs.

Overal was ok. The second room had a little bit of mold smell As I have allergy I moved my mattres to the living room and was fine with that. The cutlery was old and the knives didn't cut.

Second bedroom's wardrobe has had some sort of water leak and has mould in it. Needs to be fixed urgently. Need screens as there were a lot of bugs coming in at night.

Fantastic location with magnificent ocean views from balcony. Walk to beach, cafes, bowls club etc. Secure parking. Our apartment was spacious, modern finishes and very well-appointed including ceiling fans and aircon. Beds were comfortable. So nice to sit on balcony and watch the waves roll in whilst the Rosellas came and sat nearby.

Bathrooms although adequate do not have the contemporary look and feel of the rest of the apartment. Pool and outdoor surrounds were not overly appealing.

Friendly welcoming and accommodating manager. Even delivered our bags to our room. Fantastic location with amazing ocean view. Well appointed spacious kitchen, living room and bedrooms. 2 night booking with early check in provided at short notice. Great price. Exceptional value for money.

The location is perfect with great views of the water and across the road from the beach. The unit is close to restaurants and coffee shops. Would recommend and stay again ourselves.

Unfortunately. Not fault of Langley park tv was playing up. Main entrance door needs painting. And ceiling in bedroom needs some attention as it shows the age.

It needs a really good clean (I think probably due to the bathrooms being new there was a layer of construction dust over everything). Also Quite noisy from construction in the building and traffic.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were brand new and really nice. Also a great view and location was close to everything.

There is only one air conditioner that is in the main room. The sun was beating into the bedroom so I closed the curtains when I go at there, turned the aircon up to maximum but the aircon did not reach the bedroom, considered sleeping on the lounge. The balcony door into the second bedroom did not lock, it was broken so I could not secure the apartment, which is what they recommend to make sure your belongings are safe when you are not there.

Good location. Had a car park that was protected by an automatic gate. Spacious apartment. The manager was polite and was very helpful. There was no traffic noise and no noise from surrounding buildings so was nice and quiet. There are only two apartments on each floor so there was no foot traffic past your apartment.

The lounge is very soft and was hard to sit as it was always sinking in plus the bed was way too hard for me but my partner loved it as he loves a hard bed.

The Views are spectacular and the owner was lovely. The lounge and kitchen are very large.
