The “garage” was unusable, unless I took out the fence or brick wall. Perfect for small car not a 4x4 Ute.

Air conditioner in the lounge wasnt working, light in the toilet wasnt working and the spa wasnt working, but im sure no one borhered to inform them.

The house could have been cleaner. The rooms were kept tidy but the staircase wasn't clean. Gave us a bad impression once we walked in. Washing machine wasn't working well. Check-in of the apartment was in a different location (15 mins drive) if documents are not uploaded online.

Location was good. Close to shops. Rooms were good sized.

There was sand throughout the whole apartment (not much but enough to annoy me) including on top of the beds, we had to peel back the top layers of the beds to shake them off then had to sweep the whole house. Wifi for the tv downstairs always cut out so was not point trying to watch it. tv upstairs had no remote. Dust and dirt under the beds were a little gross. Ironing board needs an updated cover.

Location was perfect for our stay, Accommodation was bigger and roomier than what we expected to be. Separate kitchen and outdoor patio was great. Rooms were very spacious and ample wardrobe space. Was great to be able to park both our cars without getting in the way.

It wasn’t very clean. The oven was filthy, we couldn’t cook in it, and had to wash up saucepans before using them. Dead flies, dust in several locations. Odd layout in the master bedroom with no headboard. Unpleasant smell from the bathroom too, stale water, had to keep doors shut.

We expected the units to be 2 storey, as in the photos. They were not. It was a different location. The parking was very tight and too short for our 4WD to use the garage. The 2nd car was able to just fit in the garage, but your outside key pads do not work. The front unit was too noisy for the family members to sleep undisturbed. Also, your mains water meter is leaking behind the mail boxes, that are full of mail. The toilet paper roll was almost empty on arrival, but luckily the one in the laundry was enough.

The bed was comfortable, and the living areas had ample space for the family to relax. The extra toilet in the laundry was good. Our rear unit was quiet from the street noise, but the front unit was noisy for our family to sleep undisturbed.

The apartment needs a good deep clean, floors were sticky and had mop streaks all through apartment which put me off. The rangehood/hob had grease all over and dripping from one corner. Also no kitchen sink plug.

Floor was sticky and turned your feet black when walking on it, oven trays were so dirty couldn't cook on them like i had planned to. Garage is only for smaller cars not 4WD's

A few maintenance issues that need attention. Eg. Garage door & downstairs living room air conditioning not working. But we reported it to staff who were friendly. Ok to deal with when it’s just overnight stay.
