The staff were wonderful and I'm super grateful that we were able to check in early to our suite. Our suite had everything we could need and the bed was so comfortable. I even purchased one of the pillows which I'm so excited to have at home!

The hotel has a policy whereby guests are not disturbed if the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign is displayed. When we requested for additional bath towels, they were delivered by being placed on the carpeted floor outside the door, before receiving a call that they were delivered. This is the same carpet that luggages and shoes have been on. I believe the policy has room for improvement in either (1) providing requested amenities in a bag (this was done at Meriton Suites Sussex Street, where we stayed at the week before), or (2) passing the requested amenities to guests who are already expecting to receive them, despite the DND sign.

Central CBD location, right in the heart of Chinatown. Hear to the tram station and plenty of F&B options nearby. The room was comfortable, had the required amenities, and we were able to request for more if needed as the duration of our stay was not eligible for housekeeping.

We stayed for 3 nights but housekeeping wasn't included in our Booking.com price, so we had to call reception for extra/clean towels, which took over an hour. The extra towels were needed as the bathroom flooded everytime we showered (the water wasn't contained well when the shower was running). The split-system air con is directly above the bed. You have to walk through the pool area to access the gym.

Great location next door to China Town, a lot of places to eat and convenience stores within walking distance. The room had basic amenities, was clean and had enough space. The check-in process was smooth and we could check-in early at 8am. The staff were lovely too.

Hard to drop off luggage if you are driving over and not planning to use their overpriced carpark. Cleaning only took place after your 3rd night and it was very simple tidying up and towel changes.

The central location and overall accessibility, staff were nice and rooms were nice and comfy for a week stay in Sydney especially if you wanted to pack light and do your own laundry & light cooking. Facilities were good and clean and I felt safe staying here.

Everytime we entered the room and put the card in the power switch, the dishwasher would start. In the end I just left the dishwasher door open so it wouldn't start.

1. Drying machine was out of order 2. I asked to call a Hotel Taxi to airport but driver cheated on me(double the taxi fare) I will use Uber taxi to go to airport next time. Don't use hotel taxi through concierge service

Last time I had a really well sized room which I thought I’d get again as though booking.com they said it was a free upgrade with using them all the time - no face clothes and they only do towels every few days it would be good to know this when booking in - but they were great at bringing more towels when we got the phone going
