If we could have a longer stay to enjoy more time in our room and looking around in Chatswood shopping centre, it's so big.

We stayed for 2 nights with some friends from Sydney and meeting up with people who came from overseas staying at airbnb in East Killara. The location is perfect to meet up, convenient for my husband using train, while I'm using car picking up people. The reception was helpful and gave clear instructions for my request of using swimming pool for baptism God bless him 🙏🏾 definitely staying there again.

The iron did not work so I could not iron for my work meeting.

The accommodation tended to get a little messy because they cleaned it twice for eight nights.

The location of the accommodation and the view from the accommodation were really good. The accommodation fixtures, including beds, were generally satisfactory. There is a strong intention to revisit again next time.

The entrance to the car park was a bit awkward and steep. The system of having to go to reception first to get your ticket is a bit clumsy as well. I have been able to get into the carpark before checking in at other places. If you forget or confuse the 4 digits of your room number like I did it's best to go back to the reception desk because every floor looks exactly the same with the same artwork. (Maybe that's just the case for floors 23 and 25). The bed could have been a little less close to the edge of the building. Some people don't like heights. TIP: I don't recommend following Google maps and turning right off the Pacific Hwy onto Albert Ave. It took about 20-30 minutes just to get through those lights. Turning earlier at Mowbray Road and doing a loop around is better.

Well located close to Chatswood station and shops. The staff were very helpful throughout. We arrived half an hour earlier than check-in but we were able to park our car and check in as our room was ready. We were also able to leave our bags with reception and our car in the hotel garage after 10am whilst we went out to get breakfast after we checked out. Stunning views across to Sydney city and beyond. Good to have facilities like a pool, sauna, and gym but unfortunately no time this stay to use them.

The apartments feel sterile - the blue lighting makes you feel wired. The apartment smelt so strongly of cleaning chemicals and laundry detergent. We stayed in room above another woman who yelled on the phone til 3am every night for the entire week. We informed the manager but nothing was done to help us feel more comfortable.

Highly functional apartment, conveniently located next to everything you need in Chatswood. Easy to get around by public transport.

Room didn't smell nice on arrival, we had to open all the windows and doors to air it It was clear the room had received a standard daily clean but it needed a thorough deep clean

The beds at every Meriton I have stayed at are like sleeping on the road they are so firm.

The one bedroom apartments are great with more features than other properties like kitchen and laundry facilities.

No face washers in the rooms, pillows were quite hard more in between would be a happy medium. Asked for 4x fresh towels to be brought up to our room however only received 2 so only minor inconveniences
