We were on the 5th floor so didn't have a view. Again this was my fault as we arrived early so had the option to take the 5th floor or wait for a higher floor. Only negative, could have done with some house slippers as you are walking on tiles.

Even though I didn't give it top marks for location. It was great for Spencer St Train Station and the tram network. The front house staff bent over backwards to be helpful and all staff I saw had a smile and said hello. The rooms was massive, clean. Everything you could need for your stay was in the room.

Great location close to restaurants, pubs & public transport. Fantastic view of city and Docklands from our corner suite on 39th floor. Staff were exceptional from the moment we walked in the door. Stayed over my birthday weekend and they even provided a complimentary bottle of champagne with a lovely hand written note wishing me well. This is clearly the best place I have ever stayed at in Melbourne and we will be spending a few days there again next year.

The suite was very spacious, and was well heated. Location was really near the Skybus terminal which is excellent. We could walk everywhere as well, up to South Bank and also off to the shopping districts.

Perhaps there could have been more bedding provided, like extra pillows. There were only a few coffee and tea supplied. I'm sure the staff would have organized more had we asked. No big deal

The lounge furniture and bed were quite hard and so didn’t offer much in the way of comfort (although my husband likes a firm mattress, so at least he was happy 😊). If I was staying longer, I think these things would be a real issue for me, but for two nights I could manage!

Location was fabulous, easy access to train station and trams! The apartment was spacious and beautifully clean. Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Shower was lovely and hot, with good pressure.

Everything! Which is a statement it gives pleasure saying. We felt safe and very comfortable indeed. The check in reception guy was so attentive and thorough to our instructions for our stay. Suggesting a taxi booking for the MCG. Which we really appreciated the knowledgeable advice. The apartment was really perfect for us to chill and do our own thing! Next time we will use the facilities for sure! The check out process was efficient and more than helpful with luggage storage for 2 hours. the room window faced an office and you couldn't really see anything outside.
