Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When they cleaned, they only made the bed and that’s it.And their cards are very annoying ..I always asked to check my cards most of the time cause it doesn’t work

We got locked out of our room on level 10 as the key stopped working and there were about 3 cleaning ladies and a supervisor whom we asked if they could call the reception or help us unlock but they did not want to help and told us go see reception and carried on with their work. I had a child that was very tired and did not want to keep walking down the hallways to go down to reception to get the key activated (which we had to go 2 times, as the first time the key they said we could use did not work)

Scrambled eggs were pretty sloppy, hashbrowns burnt and dry, coffee was only a pod machine with a long que, and given the $39 price, I expected a bit better. Wasn't terrible, just a little uninspiring given the otherwise great experience staying there.
Location was right in the heart of the city. Bed was comfortable and large, aircon worked well and was quiet. Bedsheets perfect and crisp and clean. A very clean main room and bathroom amenities.
