Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaWe found it disappointing that the ABC - our national broadcaster, was blocked from the TV channel list. When we enquired we were advised this was an intentional decision taken by the hotel several months ago....a little disturbing. We would encourage the hotel to review this decision.
Spacious, comfortable and very clean accommodation - we enjoyed the quality vibe of a one bedroom king suite on level 12. Location is perfect for Melbourne theatres, shopping and restaurants. Room service dinner was delicious.

AustraliaHarry's Bar has two areas, The Bar, where you can relax and have a cocktail or glass of wine in Art Deco surrounds and dine if you wish after 4pm..The other area is where breakfast and meals are served and it has two sections; a glassed in area with tables and an open dining area. This is rather confusing for guests as you receive no direction from the staff member when checking your room number before dining. This area requires a makeover.

Australia- the front desk process can be improved markedly as you often have to confirm things by going downstairs instead of over the phone from the room and the process to checkout could be simplified without repeating oneself over and over as the systems do not seem advanced; - the food for room service needs a major upgrade in terms of taste and issues with shortages. Additionally, having a QR code for meals without the personal attention to order and alter meals just detracts from a quality hotel experience. The food was bland and dry, and just missing a whole lotta of love and care. I really hope they upgrade the menu, the cuisine and other aspects before I stay next time. I know it can be so much better and brilliant.
