Probably the fact we had to checkout and go home 😅 everything was superb.

Loved the facilities, having the 2 pools was great for evening swimming! The lady on the desk was really nice and accommodating. We liked the location, nice and quiet, right next to the beach, sure there is construction going on but that wasn’t an issue and didn’t bother us. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to the Gold Coast.

Facilities and location were great for our family, we needed peace and restful environment for my daughter who was competing National Championships .. this provides both, we enjoyed the balcony and spa with friends. Having the beach just across the road was just perfect Miriam at the front desk…so very friendly and welcoming she went above and beyond, Thankyou so very much Miriam your kindness and thoughtfulness was very much appreciated

mmmmmmmm nothing. I can not think of anything to write at all. If I had to say one thing.......no I can no think of anything....oh the car park is a little tight LOL

the unit was lovely and i had a small view of the beach from my bedroom. loved everything about the resort and have actually booked in again next month when i am up on the gold coast. I can not wait to use the heated pool and walk along the beach again! I even played tennis! Looking forward to the sauna :)

At first TV didn’t work well as batteries were flat in the remotes, but on contacting staff they quickly resolved the issue in a very friendly manner.

There are several new buildings going up so there was a bit of noise and the view is disrupted. The gym was a little disappointing but used what was available.

The apartment was spacious, a large open plan lounge/dining room, the view was okay. Heated pool and spa were great. Decor in apartment was nice. Miriam was lovely at reception, very helpful and informative.

Nothing. Was exceptional. There are buildings going up nearby but it’s a city and we cannot complain.

Safe and clean area of the Gold Coast. Beautiful ocean view and the apartment was clean, secure and modern. Beds very comfortable and furnishings were nice. Kitchen was modern and renovated as were the bathrooms. Staff were fantastic, and the facilities were A1.

Construction across the street was a bit noisy, but not noticeable when balcony doors closed.

There's nothing I "hate", though it would be great to include more detergent for 7 days stay. Also would be nice if there's note about where they keep liner etc.

The building have good sea view at the moment, though there's a construction site on the front right hand side, there's a concern that the sea view won't be as good as before thereafter.

The apartment we were allocated was tired and in need of new furnishings. Obviously the owners of this apartment are not prepared to invest for the benefit and comfort of guests.

Great location and our apartment had views of the ocean. Close to Tedder shops and cafes, and to public transport. Excellent facilities and very helpful staff. The resort manager was extremely helpful when I needed assistance with items left behind in the apartment. Thank you!

No smart tv to i could watch my streaming services durect not via phone, wireless, etc. A Smart television is a must in modern accommodation. These types of TV are a cheap purchase these days. So, no excuse for not having one.

Well appointed kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows giving you good views. Modern interior. Good outdoor facilities, pool, bbq area gym and tennis court. Friendly staff. Secure underground parking. Great sized apartment.

Lift isn’t working probably! Sometime it’s doesn’t work from the basement so you have to walk around to inform the staffs.
