The shower would not stop dripping. Looks slightly dated. There was no hot water for the washing machine. The small court yard at the back off the main bedroom had pots with dead plants and leaves an dead branches over the entire area.

The location was good. Plenty of parking and a little view of the ocean. Close to the beach, surf club and a number of shops and cafes. Easy drive to noosa junction. Room sizes were good.

Kitchen: Only 2 plates on cooker with no exhaust , no silicon spatulas for non stick frypan or a small vege knife, or steak knives. An air fryer would have been great. We stayed a week, so many of these items would have been helpful. These are all only small things but limited our cooking options over the week for certain. Other small things we noted, Bathrooms: had no fans to vent although no moisture problems. Clock not working and some tissues would have been appreciated. But overall we did love this accomodation.

Open, large clean space, blankets for cooler nights, comfy bed, great shower, lovely view , good lounges, well kept gardens and lawns,kitchen fairly well stocked, free washing/ dryer machines and detergent provided, lots of loo paper provided, hairdryers. The apartment had a lovely relaxing feel.

We cooked all the time but the dishes were not too clean and I think it’s because we don’t have a proper sponge to do the dishes but just a blue rag, it’s not easy to wash with that, specially if it’s sticky food.

Veranda table & chairs were dirty with encrusted bird droppings. We checked ourselves in at 2pm & whilst we were there 2 nights the managers made no attempt to contact us. Would have been nice to have been welcomed.

This is not anything that the property could probably help with, but driving along David Low Way at night was a bit of an issue for us. There was a fair stretch of this bendy road which was very dimly lit or not at all. Locals might be used to it but we got a bit anxious driving back to our beautiful apartment at night.

I was pleased that the property was clean and well-maintained. It is actually a whole lot cleaner than newer establishments that we've been to. The description of the area and surrounds were spot-on so that managed our expectations. It was a couple of minutes walk down to the gorgeous beach and to the local surf club where we had lunch.

There was nothing I didn't like. The apartment was clean in terms of the bedding bathroom and kitchen etc, however I did think the walls and doors looked grubby. But this did not affect my enjoyment of the apartment.

The location was great as it was out of the main hub of Noosa. The apartment was great. It was spacious and well stocked with a full kitchen.

Views were great, and short walk down steps to the beach, one access away from the Surf Club. Great beach. Pool and Spa an added bonus. Great local restaurants in walking distance.

No salt and pepper or other kitchen basics like tea and coffee - just a few leftover dregs from the last group I think. Also the oven didn't work properly so we couldn't cook what we intended to. When I asked to hire beach towels from reception the lady was extremely rude then appeared with only 2 towels despite us needing 3 and she was not apologetic and didn't care less, telling me they were all gone - which was weird because the place wasn't anywhere near booked out and it was the middle of winter. This was the only interaction I had with any staff so not the best customer service I'd have to say.

We booked an ocean view room and it was amazing. We spotted lots of dolphins and whales. I would have hated to be so close to the beach but not able to see it if you were stuck in one of the back apartments. Short walk to the beach but it was very steep uphill on the way back so not the best if you're not able-bodied, a bit older or have very small children in tow. Heated spa was lovely and never busy. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfy with zero partner disturbance mattress.
