Nothing at all, it was perfect!

Gleice Hellen was incredible. Such a nice and helpful host. She knows the island v well and recommended so many places for me to go. This small and cozy hotel was super nice and the room had a great view on the sea. The breakfast was great as well with lots of fresh fruit and a different homemade juice and cake everyday. I feel lucky I had the privilege to stay there for 5 days. I hope to come back soon!

The balcony was a bit on the small side. Slightly more variety in breakfast for when you stay here for a longer period of time.

Cozy pousada tucked away from the busier part of the island. We were upgraded to a room with an ocean view, which was such a lovely surprise! The staff was wonderful — incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Loved having a balcony to walk out onto as well

the ONLY thing that isnt even bad, but you should keep in mind, is that the pousada's access is beach front and up a little hill. My husband and I had been traveling for some time before we reached Ilha Grande and so we had big luggage bags. If you have bags like we did, do yourself a favor and hire one of the guys with the carts to bring your bags to the pousada once you get off the boat on the island. Without bags the walk is lovely, but it is a bit of a chore if you are dragging a 25kilo bag in the sand behind you.

A beautiful pousada, up a charming flower and tropical plant filled "street". ( no cars on the island). We had room with a balcony overlooking the garden and the ocean a hundred meters or so in front of us. It was so nice to wake up and step out onto the balcony and have that surround you. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with great pressure, and there was a good ac unit as well. The breakfast was delicious and they had an afternoon tea/coffee and cake set up as well which was a really nice touch. The ladies who worked there were all so nice and gave us great tips for things to do on the island and places to eat.

The staff: They are marvellous. Thumbs up for Helen and Sebastien. Two excellent people. They will make all efforts to make you comfortable. They're AMAZING! The place: Nice and cozy room. Small but cozy. The place is near to everything and you will enjoy it. Value for money: Is not the cheapest. Average value for money but you probably won't be better anywhere else. Final consideration: Greatly RECOMMENDED!

It was a little far from the center, but we liked being in the trees, and we liked the walks into town. It would have been nice to have a dresser or something to put away clothes.

Gorgeous pousada with an excellent breakfast and a great host, very friendly and helpful. The balconies were awesome for sitting and listening to the birds in the morning. The room was cleaned every day, with no intrusion, which was very nice because of the sand. Everything was just so, lots of attention to detail. We had an excellent stay!

Room isn't very big and a bit more of storage space would be good. We loved the terrace in front of the room, though. To reach the property, you have to walk a bit throught the sandy beach and there is also a small hill . It didn't bother us much, but can ve problem for somebody elsem

Everything was very clean it is just a recommendation. The grey covered we could notice was not washed cause we accidentally drop a product. we did not say anything because it still looks clean so no problem but the last day we could notice small mosquitos/bugs on it.

They could vary the breakfast a little bit more, if you're staying more than 4 days, every day it's mostly the same, but it's really a small detail.

The place is super calm and clean, the staff is always helpful and there for you. Even if you have questions on how to get to some places around by hiking or walking, they know exactly the way and can give you suggeestions. The rooms are very comfortable and they get cleaned every day (this is VERY important since you'll have kilos of sand with you evey day).

Sometimes the bathroom was a bit smelly in the night when there has not been water flowing for a while but I think it cannot be prevented as it is just the pipes on the island...

Very friendly personnel speaking good English always willing to help you the Poussada is a 3 mins walk from the center but very quiet. Breakfast home-made is excellent.

Breakfast was excellent! Variety of choices, freshly made, fruits, juices, egg, ham, cheese, fresh bread, cereals, vegetables, something for everyone. Staff was really really friendly and helpful, the room is just perfect, the views are amazing! Location few steps from the beach, overall great value and excellent accommodation!

The room and the bathroom were clean but in the bathroom there was a permanent smell not so nice :( Probably due to to the sanitary facilities of the island. It wasn't very annoying though, nothing that couldn't be solved by simply closing the door

Breakfast was very good with fresh made juices, tasty fruit, scrumbled eggs, yoghourt and cereals and home made pastries that were also delicious. The two girls welcoming the guests are very nice and always happy to help. Views from our room were excelent too :)
