The self contained villas have everything you would need. We stayed in a beachfront villa and the view, the balcony, the outdoor shower and the villa itself were exceptional.

Reaching to find anything to say - the bed was a little soft for our taste. If your neighbor listens to their TV very loudly you will hear the base.

The hosts are fantastic and communication was clear and quick. No question was a stupid question. The pool was better than I expected and we used it daily even in the rain. The view, access to the beach, the facilities (especially the outdoor shower and the drying rack provided). The swing seat on the deck was well used. Snorkeling in front of the resort was cool - lots of moray eels in their hidey holes. Aircon was perfect and kept the room a nice temp at night. Good kitchen equipment (not that we used it) - as there are too many good places to eat, so not being tied into a breakfast was a bonus. No rooster noises.

Perfection.

Exceptional. Superb location. Beautifully designed villas. Access to the best snorkelling and kayaking. You can't go past this place if you want to relax, refresh and retreat in luxury. Thanks to Jo and Rick for the hospitality and great experience.

There is nothing to not like!

Everything! So well thought out, everything you need is included. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hosts Rick and Jo were very helpful in the lead up to, and during our stay with info on Rarotonga, activities, places to eat, and local knowledge. This was really helpful being our first time to Raro. Such a peaceful quiet location and very private right on the beach. We would absolutely come back if we visit Raro again. Thanks for such a fantastic stay at your beautiful property.

Friendly owner, lots of amenities in the villas and equipment for use on the beach, beautiful and tranquil location and setting with plenty of resteraunts in the general area. Great place for a relaxing getaway.

The lack of fly screens on the window combined with the odd mosquito made it very stuffy at night despite a beautiful breeze.

Beautifully appointed with everything you need at hand. Grounds and maintenance were fantastic. The gardens were immaculate. The areas to sit and enjoy the atmosphere were well positioned and well set up. Laundry facilities were great. Little extras such as reef shoes were a great idea.

Did not dislike anything about the property, it was perfect!

Everything was great! We were residing in the beach facing villa and the view was just awesome where the back porch opened up on the beach directly. Everything was very well maintained and the open areas beautifully landscaped.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we were simply not allowed to arrive at the property before the stated check-in time and find a quiet corner of the beach to wait until the room was ready (and vice versa after check-out before our flight). In our experience this is quite customary and would have been far more comfortable for us. It’s not quite clear why this wasn’t possible. Perhaps something for Jo and Rick to consider accommodating in future.

Serenity Villas is an amazing place to stay. Jo and Rick have designed great accommodation with everything you could need. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beach area is maintained well and the sunsets are 👌🏼. There are loads of nice touches to make this a memorable place, such as the complimentary bikes, laundry, games, fruit trees. The location is convenient for the airport and the main supermarket, and there are several nice restaurants within walking/cycling distance.

very hard to find any fault

Luxury comfort in stunning beachfront location with a little hidden tropical paradise for company. everything was so easy and relaxation via sun and snorkelling. understated Polynesian style and all things that could be needed included. Many thanks to Rick & Jo who have the balance spot on. couldn’t be more helpful.

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need! Great location and gorgeous view. You can't wish for better villa. All needed information regarding Rarotonga, transport, dining etc available in the room which we found extremely helpful. The whole property is greatly maintained. It is obvious that lots of thoughts and love went to the whole property. Great, friendly owner occasionally leaving fresh fruits for us on the terrace, which was always a lovely surprise that left a warm feeling in us. We love that place and hoping to be back soon.

The location seemed second to none on Rarotonga. Lovely to do whale watching from the deck - saw many going by. The Villa contained everything that you would need, and more, with quality appliances. A very comfortable and beautifully appointed Villa. Wonderful Hosts Rick & Jo, couldn't ask for more.
