Positive section of review
Great value for money, clean rooms, spacious, especially for the price you're paying. Suitable for couples and groups of friends. A convenient location if you'd like to hike around in this region of Rila mountain and come back to sleep in Separeva banya. Host was also welcoming and understanding, took us late in the evening.

Nothing to complain about here. The accommodation was sufficiently equipped with the listed facilities and utilities in the description. It definitely allows for longer stays, e.g. a week.

Positive section of review
The hotel complex spans multiple buildings for accommodation and dining, with a beautifully decorated garden in between. Rooms have everything you need and there's free parking. We only stayed 2 nights, but you can easily spend more time in there relaxing by the garden pool with peacocks walking around.

The free breakfast was very limited. Fried bread or eggs. Only coffee option was Nescafe Instant coffee. Funnily enough, at reception, they have a proper coffee machine and you can buy an espresso if you want. We didn't visit during peak season (weekday in May), but I still think the options could've been better. Especially since the restaurant was working normally for dinner service.

The location is in residential area. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable mattresses. Very clean. It value for the money and purpose of stay. There is restorant in the ground floor, but there are options nearby.

There is an electric heater in each room. Price-quality ratio. The entrance doors open outward instead of inward. Free parking in the courtyard.

The coffee machine requires maintenance. The mattress on the sofa needs to be replaced. You can get hurt on the threshold from the room to the corridor. The water drains poorly in the shower.
