Very easy to locate right off the main road in Windsor Falls. Plenty of parking available. Staff were extremely friendly. It's a family run business which gives it that extra special feel. Nice simple self serve breakfast in the morning.

Hot tub jets didn't work. Water slide wasn't available. Breakfast was lacking in fresh fruit. Apples and Bananas are ok but not on oatmeal. Potatoes were not cooked well. Orange juice looked brown orange and tasted off. Didn't leave a great experience in a hotel.
