Positive section of review
The location is fairly central and the room was clean, though quiet small. The washroom too is quiet tiny. It's alright if you're going to be out all day and just need to crash the night and enjoy a basic breakfast before you head out. For which, it felt quiet costly. Maybe if we booked a month in advance or earlier, the price would have been lower and more justified.

Excellent location just a few minutes from Le Prese train station. Very Swiss decor, which was nice. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the owner who made the most fantastic minestrone soup I have ever tasted. Especially liked the provision of slippers! Would highly recommend

My second stay. I especially like the companionable vibe of this place. You can be convivial or be left in peace, whichever you prefer. George is an excellent host ( as usual)! Good kitchen facilities and excellent and well priced breakfast

I stayed in one of the new capsules in the main building and the lock on the capsule was difficult ( I did highlight this) and the message was passed on but no change in my 2 night stay. Probably my fault but didn’t know I would be staying in a mixed dorm so that was a surprise and I didn’t especially like seeing the partially dressed male in the room (just in his underwear)! Now I know to request a single sex dorm room

Great location for a short trip to Geneva. Close to both the train station and a short walk to the old town. Very comfortable beds. Clever room design making the most of the space.

Close to the station, good communication, clean facilities, decent but not over the top breakfast.

Room was stuffy, so opened the window, but very noisy down below building. Very bare bones in terms of room amenities. No kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee, body wash and hand was was available but not shower cap or other bathroom amenities.

Firstly, it's not close to Geneva Airport. it's over 3 km away . I was forced to pay 50 euros per night (8 nigjts) for security deposit when it only stated s 50 euros on the booking confirmation thia was very disappointing and costs I did not want to be personally incurred. No fridge in the room Rooms are not cleaned. I had to move rooms on the 3rd night even though I requested cleaning the hotel policy now, which stated sustainability!!!
