In a great location, close to fantastic restaurants, spacious, well lit rooms, very comfortable bed and blankets/heating, Netflix on tv, snack bar available all day, Rodrigo and olga were very accommodating with me as I’m vegan so they went out and bought avocados and soy milk Just for me, much appreciated!

The lobby and other areas of this hotel are beautiful and well designed. The room was large and spacious, and I really liked the bathroom.

I was a tad disappointed with the room. It didn’t seem to maintain the same beautiful standards as the rest of the hotel, and seemed a little basic in comparison. It would have benefited from a little TLC. Also, the bathroom bin was not replaced from the previous customer, though this was quickly rectified as soon as highlighted to staff.

The advert online was a little misleading and the photos make the rooms and facilities look a lot better than they are. The room and bathroom were tiny. Beds, bedding and pillows were very old and not comfortable. Small lounge and dining area shared by 5 rooms. No soundproofing. Very cold. Heating was inadequate. Parking is in the street. No restaurants anywhere near and no kitchen to cook for yourself. Room locks not secure. Cameras monitoring common areas. Neighbourhood not recommended. Photos of the cosy lovely tiny shared lounge are accurate but may be shared for 10 people. Rest of the property is not to this standard so it was misleading.

We weren't picked up from the airport even if we communicated in advance. We understood errors happened, but they were quite sour with us, like it was our fault. We weren't told that there was a leisure area to share with other guests or where it was, so we only discovered it on the last day when we seen other guests going in that direction (as we didn't want to wonder around and disturb other guest). When asked about tips, we were redirected to other places. Basically, we felt like we were disturbing the owners. The room was ok but quite noisy because of the hen and rooserts wandering around. OK, during the day, but it's not so nice at 6 am. Overall, it was ok. It just lacked that welcoming hospitality feeling.
