Positive section of review
Great location, the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. I'm definitely, going to stay here again. The staff at the front desk is very helpful. Breakfast is very Chinese, a good opportunity to try local food but it would be nice if there were more options for western breakfast. I'd like to thank the staff on 22 April night for helping us find something to eat, I forgot to ask his name. And also thanks Hannah Gao for helping us get a taxi.

Just a minor thing, it would be nice if the staff in the dining room could communicate in English. Taxi Driver Recommendation- I had requested a taxi to take me to the airport, and the hotel arranged one for me. The taxi driver was clearly overtired and fell asleep at the wheel while driving. Other cars on the road had to honk their horns to wake him up. I understand that the hotel may not have been aware of the driver's condition but it would be nice if the hotel took steps to ensure that all taxi drivers it arranges for guests are fit to drive.

It's a cozy and hearty place with nice decorations and pleasant rooms. The staff was helpful, he didn't speak English but we could manage just fine using Google Translation. Definitely gonna recommend this to my fellow travellers!!

Even if the staff didn't speak English, with translation tools, it went smooth, no problem. The room was excellent with a very nice view, well equiped and very clean. Wi Fi worked well, could connect fine with my vpn (express vpn)

Simple youth hostel, good location, staff was friendly. The bed unit is fine, curtain, plug and a locker. I was in a room for 4.

I was on the level ground, just near the front desk. The shower is not in the room, just outside, but anyone near the front desk could see people going to shower, maybe not good if you are shy.

Address is wrong on booking.com. went to the wrong address. No one answered my booking.com messages. Had to search online where the hotel was. Lots of things: - unhelpful check in, not taken to building where we were staying - dirty room - mouldy toilet - smelled of cigarettes - hectic payment, barraged with knocking of door for payment after checking in - noisy - expensive for all of this poor experience - dead bugs in curtains
