The front desk staff, especially Lena, were wonderful. She went out of her way to speak English when she saw that we were struggling to speak French. She spent time showing us how to get to the restaurant area and made recommendations regarding where to eat. The hotel is simply extraordinary- it was an old mansion and has a lovely garden for breakfast plus all of the beautiful features of an historic home.

Great location. Close to squares, restaurants and shops. Just a 10 to 15 minute walk from either the bus line from the airport or the regular regional train service. A newly renovated and spacious bathroom was present. All appliances and fixtures were in good to excellent condition.

The last flight of stairs is a puffer. The apartment is on the 4th floor. We were somewhat compensated in that there was a great view of a nearby church from our apartment.

Amazing location, allow Colmar to be visited on foot. The space in the apartment is nice as well. The owner instructions to access the location are super clear and very well done. The visitors guide proposed is also really a good idea, well done.

Details really, but the plates are a little limited in quantity. Cleanliness of the cleaning tools (vacuum cleaner was stuck with 5 cm of packed dirt in the tube).

On Eurovélo 6 route. Accommodating friendly staff. Bicycle storage full so had to lock outside to fence but was safe. Breakfast excellent. Close to restaurants and central area of town. Pleasant atmosphere.

It was surprisingly awesome! A little campy, a little rustic, but so spacious, so comfortable and absolutely perfect. I was absolutely pleasantly surprised.

If I had to find a complaint, it would be the floors, kind of cold. I would love a nice cozy wood floor, but other than that, it was perfection!

We were shocked that the kitchen equipment was so sparse. There wasn't even a cutting board. Also, the lighting in the bedroom was inadequate.
