For the first time in Georgia ,first impression real spirit of old building (looks traditional Georgian).Super helpfull staff,everyone kind,but mr Aleksei especially from the first moment.Location great to explore in the middle of everything,quite for sleep,restaurants around ,metro Avlabari or by foot close to all.

Convenient located lovely and super clean apartment, perfect for long or short stays. The apartment has all the necessary appliances and small details that makes you feel like home. Its is close to almost every cafe/bar that you might want to go. We loved staying here and would definitely visit again.

Location is amazing with beautiful city view, especially at night; supermarkets and pharmacy is right next to the hotel which is big plus as well; rooms are well equipped and has everything for a comfortable stay.

Depending on the room it might be quite noisy. the information about the parking needs to be changed - there is no free parking space at the hotel itself, you just park along the street and it's the paid parking zone.
