Room was very clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. Staff very helpful, Mary on reception was so friendly, warm and kind. A very good atmosphere in the reception and lobby area from the other groups of guests. Excellent security. Very convenient location close to the back of the central bus station and light rail

Was hard to find entrance. Look for steps up from the street to the west of the Bus Station Yaffa Rd entrance. At the top of the stairs looks to the right and you will see hotel entrance.

The Privet Jacuzzi on our balcony was a highlight. The staff was great and enabled us to check out at 2:00 pm since there was no other reservation to our room. It made our day. The room is big, comfortable and full of light. Location is in the middle of everything. The Massage we booked was very professional.

I found hairs in the bed so bed linens were not changed before arrival it took 2 days to have clean bed linen The floor was dirty Property is in front of school and noise is insufferable.
