Ideal location – quite quiet neighbourhood yet close to the city center. Room was shining clean. Convenient checkout until noon. Wifi speed was more than enough which is not usual in many hotels.

The location is perfect, nice stuff. Sufficient distance from other residents to provide privacy. On weekdays there is no one and there is a chance to be alone on the lake with your family.

At times there are a lot of mosquitoes, stock up on repellent to maintain your enjoyment of your holiday.

The shower room design wasn’t quite user friendly and the drainage was slow. Sound proofing was bad in such old buildings but I always bring earplugs.

The back windows face a busy street and there is a bar downstairs so you hear people at night. The window treatments are not dark enough to block out light in the summer months. The room is very small and the fridge and sink are tiny.
