We liked the location, the room, and the people who worked there. The property was very clean and breakfasts were delicious. It was very close to the Old Town. Bathroom was very specious and clean as well. Over all the whole property was beautiful and it was a pleasure to stay there.

We loved everything except for the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. The design is horrible and absolutely not user friendly regardless of the age. It was extremely hard to dispense the soap, and if I was not there to help my elderly mother, she would not be able to use it and would be forced to go and buy a regular soap and shampoo. If not for the soap dispenser, this stay would be a 10/10.

Almost no people in the pool, me and my kid enjoyed time being there. Cozy room, with large and comfortable bed. Not bad animation for kids.

Poor menu in the restaurant and dinner line, especially for kids, hardly find what to propose to my toddler. Location is pretty far from the city centre, no shops and restaurants nearby, so if you don't want to eat in the hotel, it took us 30 min to go to the downtown. Not enough Parking slots, so even if you book a place in advance, there is no guarantee you will find some, when you come back late. Kids area - no one is watching what is going on there. Some elder kids are left without any parent control, and they were just crazy. There were a lot of small kids, so it was dangerous to play there and all just have to leave. It shouldn't be like that.

Main drawback is the water in the sink did not flush in the bathroom. Balcony was quite dirty. No shower gel (only small shampoo), no air freshener in the toilet
