Positive section of review
This suite is walking distance to Bawadi market, which was our main focus for the trip. It is a great shopping area with lots of good priced options. There was an Ethiopian restaurant right on the 1st floor which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were so helpful with giving us recommendations and answering our many questions.

The place is dated and the doors didn't shut properly(double check it is locked).

Room( suite) was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was outstanding, variety of choices and catered to special requests!location was great, short walk to Haram, easily accessible!Staff especially Captain Naeem and Manaan were always on hand to assist. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms were a good size and very clean. The cleaners do a great job and they didn't even take our tip the first day we left it by the TV( different customs in Saudi). The location was.good too, not too long of a bus ride.

1st was that they advertise there is a kids room but no mention you need to pay anywhere. And they charge ages 1 and under 3 times as much as ages 3-10. What was more sad was the unwillingness of their staff to help at all. 2nd bus schedule is not communicated so people end up waiting or taking the taxis. It was the last time nights when we went so granted things were busy but better communication would have been great. I called one day to check if we missed the bus and the sister operator just hang up on me...they need to improve their communication and have English speakers handy if possible.

Location was good, close to Haram.Room was comfortable and clean.staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast offered many choices of foods, fruits, pastries. Would recommend this hotel for location and value for money!

Location location location and the accessibility of several busses to the haram. The bus stop is also closer to the malaf entrance. Shopping and food options are also available right on the street.
