The location was great - a small cute village very close to the Italian border. The facility was even better than on the pictures and there was even a small restaurant where we ate some delicious meals. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful and overall perfect! I would definitely stay there again if I'm passing by on my way to Italy! 100% recommend!

Everything, 😂 The host was wonderful and attentive to a question, there were no problems in the apartment and it has everything from a floor mop to a dishwasher and a washing machine, in terms of location the place is right in the triangle of Italy, Austria, and Slovenia, from here you can go wherever you want.....

Great appointment at reasonable price. Great parking, everything seems new and modern. We didn't have a chance to eat at property due to being in a hurry but great bakery was just 150 metar down the street with good super cheap breakfast options if you are in hurry.

Great location, 5min from city centre. Host was super responsive, even gave me detailed local food recommendation when I asked for. For those who are arriving by car, private parking is great option. Spend there one night with family and would recommend this appartment.

We liked the location and the owners were really nice and communicative. There is a nice bakery right next to the entrance to the apartment building which proved to be efficient for us.

The room was clean and balcony overlooked the garden. Very peaceful setting. The lady who owned the house was very welcoming and offered to make us coffee I. The morning.

Parking in Ljubljana was horrible but we were able to park in the garage for 30 Euro a day. That's more of a city problem so not really a property issue ( just to be clear :) ) Loved the city otherwise!

I knew the rooms were small, but this was way too small. The window was locked and didn't open, so there was no air and it was good we were only 2 nights... For one of the lamps we couldn't reach the button because of the bed (which took space from wall to wall, so no way to move it) and we had to remove the bulb. The facilities were more or less clean, but only 1 bathroom for all the rooms and the shower didn't work very well (at least there was always hot water). And we labeled our food in the fridge (as it was written) but still someone ate our cookies...

Communication on reception from one part of staff (on Saturday 8th of June). You can’t order the drink on the bar after 22h. Noise from the room next door, there is no privacy. Also jacuzzy on the terrace you can see from parking.
