This place is great! I highly recommend this to any couples staying here. We arrived into Phong Nha on our night bus. I We arrived 2 hours early at 2:30am and the man that ran the bungalows came and picked us up. He let us use the bicycles for free, which we rode out to dinner both nights. He also gave us suggestions of where to go for dinner and what to see and do in Phong Nha. The included breakfast was really nice. Out of the options we had omelets both mornings and it came with tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon and bananas with a Chai tea. The room itself is great, the bed was nice and comfortable and we had a nice view from our balcony.

In my opinion the best place to stay in Hoi An! If you don’t want any hotel this place is for you. In house is everything you need, small pool, two bathrooms. All in high standard. Lady with her son who run that place are awsome and very friendly. On arrival they prepared very nice welcome basket for us 😃. On one day we have been asked if we want breakfast(some regional dish) and on next day lady and her son brought for us two big bowles of noodles, fried spring rolls, plate of prawns and two iced coffees. She also gave to us pack of mangosteens. It was such a great meal. Our stay couldn’t be better then that.

The layout of the accommodation was amazing. I loved how the lake with flowers and the pool were positioned on the inside of the rooms, reception/breakfast area. The lights around the pool were really nice with different shapes and made for some great photos. They let us hire the bicycles for free and we rode them everywhere we went. The lady that runs the place was really kind and sweet. They even let us stay there for most of the day on the day we had to leave. They let us use the pool, toilet and shower even on the last day after we checked out of the room.

This homestay was simply perfect. The room was tidy and big, the homestay was very pretty. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit and fruit juice. Nga was a wonderful host, she arranged a lot for us and had some good advice, and you can swiftly communicate with her via WhatsApp. The pool was nice after the warm days. The laundry service was fast. What makes it stand out from other homestay is that it is just out of tam cocs busy center in between rice fields, but close enough to walk to town.

The staff are wonderful and very very helpful. Phillip and the team arranged many of my day trips and provided assistance any time I needed. To be greeted each morning by the delightful, ever smiling Annie was wonderful. The location is very central in the old quarter. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything. If you book a room with a balcony and/or terrace and it's not available, then why is it bookable? The manager could do better. Also, if you know there is a guest in the room, why you have to scream in the morning as a manager in front of the door before 8am?
