The parking is a nuisance as the hotel is in a traffic-free area. One can get to the hotel to drop off luggage but there are limited parking spots available at the hotel (for rent). The whole town seems to have no free public parking. However, the nearest lot is free between 6 PM and 8 AM, which might work fine, if you take the car during the day to go ski. Otherwise, the hotel parking is recommended as it is cheaper for the day than the town parking lots.

Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Right in the centre of Oberstdorf with plenty of restaurants, stores and even a cinema nearby. Modern and pretty room with a lovely bathroom.

We got there by car and finding it was a bit of a nightmare.

We had a lovely room with balcony, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, overall great facilities right in the middle of town.

In our room there were four metal posts attached to bed, which had the potential to be dangerous, if you hit them while getting out of bed.also bed was a bit too close to ground. Thought, it was a bit strange that the hotel used flanette sheets in the middle of the summer. Which were very warm .however we requested cotton sheets and they were provide.

Great location in centre of Obersdorf. Breakfast was excellent , was well presented ,with great variety.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone which we didn’t know. We don’t know whether we may ride through or not.

Only a couple of very minor suggestions - a separate lounge area would be great. Currently the only place to sit is in the reception area (which is lovely but not ideal for either the reception staff or people wanting a quiet place to read or wait for friends); a comfortable armchair in all bedrooms would be a good alternative. I’m some bedroom there are just two armless leather desk chairs. Pillows could do with replacing.

Excellent location in the pedestrian part of town . You can still get your car into the area to offload baggage and even park next to the hotel. They have the best breakfast bar every taste catered for , top notch . If I’m back in town , no need to look elsewhere. Great hotel

While outside of their control, parking could be better. At least we could drive up to the hotel to drop-off and pick-up our luggage.

The location is amazing (apart from parking) and the breakfast was very good. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

I had to check out early in the morning and no one was on duty yet at the front deak. I didn’t really know if there were early checkout procedures. That was the only thing I was confused about but wouldn’t say I “didn’t like it”.

The hotel is located in the middle of town and within a few minutes walk to everything. Checkin is easy and the front desk is welcoming. The restaurant staff were also welcoming, has tables for guests without reservation, and the food was fantastic.
