Great location. My second stay, booked junior suite again. It doesn’t have the view I had the first time, but the room is very nice and large. Definitely not have to step up to the bathroom at the middle of the night.

I had a junior suite on the first floor, no complaints about the room itself, and definitely no complaints about the view. But the bathroom is two steps up, which can cause trouble at night.

Great location, just a few buildings away from where the three rivers meet. It’s in the quiet part of the old town, with wonderful views of the river banks.

No A/C in the room but only because it was May. We left the windows open and that worked. Everything else was perfect.

The staff is really exceptional. The breakfast was a buffet with fresh eggs. The met all of our extra requests with a smile. The room was perfect. The size was great and having a small refrigerator was nice.

Impossible for me to go anywhere else at Passau. This hotel has the best location. You're just in front of the Danube. There're 2 restaurants on the other side of the street (I recommend the Steak house but not the greek one) Personal is really welcoming and supportive!!!! Really!!! Breakfast is really nice. Parking is easy in front of the hotel, in the hotel garage. There's even a big parking in front of the 2 restaurants so, no stress to park your car So I fully recommend this place to stay for buisness and even if you wanna spend your vacation in Germany So again, don't go anywhere else in Passau!

The staff were extremely helpful and lovely. We arrived out of the check-in hours so they left the key and all we needed to access the hotel and our room ready for us. I was celebrating my birthday during our stay and they organised a surprise for me: our breakfast table was facing the river, I got a card, a piece of cake with a candle and a glass of sekt. It was really special, thank you again! The room was spacious and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The bed was perfect and very comfy. The location was fantastic for the purpose of our trip, close to everything and just 25 min walk from the train station. It was really practical. We also received restaurant recommendations from the hotel staff, and they were spot on. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The weather! It rained the whole time that I was there, but nobody's to blame for that kind of thing. Wouldn't put me off visiting again though.

they were very flexible even for late arrivals and even gave me a special parking ticket for the street because their garage was full, the staff at reception and restaurant for breakfast was very friendly and helpful

Great location on the confluence of the Inn and Donau. Substantial breakfast. Watched the Rugby World Cup in our rooms!

Location was perfect. Enjoyed being in the Old City as everything was walking distance! The view from the breakfast room was great as it overlooked the Danube River and Veste Oberhaus. Excellent breakfast and staff. The sleeping room was spacious and had high ceilings and wonderful updates to the 1500's construction. Front desk staff were very helpful (made the noon organ recital at Dom St. Stephan an unexpected treat) and outgoing. When I return, I will stay here again.
