I liked everything about the property

It was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel provided an excellent buffet breakfast. They also have a pastry shop on the and every day there were great pastries with breakfast. We also purchased pastries their to enjoy in the evenings. It is in an excellent location, quiet and located very close to the two spas in Baden (Friedrichsbad and the Caracalla spa) and within east of asking distance to restaurants, a beer garden and the town park.

Parking is a bit of a problem as they were using a medical Centre lot and it is expensive and no easy place to pay.

Perfect location and clean comfortable room. Nice breakfast as well. Woukd stay there again.

Quite warm in the room if the window was not open.

Good sized room and large bathroom. A small convenient elevator. Excellent breakfast. Close to the city centre and the spas. An easy walk to the theatre. Cosy atmosphere.

It was warmer than expected when we arrived and Anna provided fans for us to stay cool.

The staff were excellent. The location can't be beat. But the breakfast was most memorable, as it is prepared by Anna's patisserie next door. Our room had a balcony that we used in the evenings. It was also nice to have a small fridge in the room,

The hotel is in a perfection location for Caracalla and Friedrichs Bad (Thermal Baths). Only a 1 minute walk! Very close to several restaurants and shops. The owner was very welcoming, kind and friendly as were all the staff. The pastries in the patisserie were exceptional. I will be back to stay for sure! I highly recommend this hotel.

An exceptional located, extremely good value, family run hotel. There's no fancy features here, just solid rooms, comfortable beds, and a lovely breakfast. Quiet. Excellent shower.

Breakfast is very nice but it starts at 8.00am. If you’re an early bird and want breakfast, you have to wait for a long time!

We warned them we would arrive quite early around 1030-1100, and would hope to leave our bags at reception before check in. As it turned out the room was already ready. Good breakfasts. Central location, also close to Caracalla baths and walking country.

The location was perfect. We were two minutes from the spas and all shopping, restaurants etc. it was a nice touch having housecoats and towels for the spas and a discount card. Our room was large and spotless with double sinks and a walk in shower or tub.

Grey location, great room size, exceptionally clean, loved that we could access our streaming services & breakfast was had a great selection of options.

The location for the thermal baths is perfect. In addition the hotel breakfast is not only excellent it has Kuecken from the Konditorei which is part of Anna’s hotel .For anyone who understands the skill of a Meister Konditorei you will appreciate Francois who provides dream Kuecken.

Just two minor things. Unfortunately the pillows were very uncomfortable, they felt very strange. Also no hand towels in the bathroom, there were only bath towels.

Hotel in a really wonderful part of the old town, a perfect position. Car park just a 3 minute walk. Our bedroom and bathroom were surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was really lovely and plenty of choice. We found the staff delightful and very helpful. A good place to go back to.
