There is quite some walk to reach the center with many shops. The locality can be a little shady and noisy at night.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Fackelmann in Nuremberg. The location is good, not too far from the center. The staff at the reception were really sweet. Although the room was small, it was comfortable and perfect for the price. I missed breakfast as I woke up late. Overall, no complaints!

It would be perfect to have soap/shampoo provided. But overall it was great.

The single room was big enough for one person, excellent for short or simple stay, with good facilities, such as safety box and fridge. The location was walking distance to Train Station and main attraction.

Unfortunately there is no card based locking system therefore the mechanical keys (for room lock and safe) are a bit unusual for a hotel nowadays and cannot provide enough security and peace of mind. The shower cabin is a small one. There is no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom - only one small soap. There is a minibar but it was empty. The safe is working with key but it is a very small safe... useless.

Room was OK. It was clean and the bathroom big enough. Good location; good breakfast for the extra fee. The bead mattress is comfortable and pillow is nice

The rooms didn't have curtains on the window but only paper shutters, which didn't really block the lights in the morning. The breakfast was a bit plain and not many options were offered.

The location is great, walking distance from the train station and city center. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was really friendly and professional.

What i need in a hotel. No problems. Also they helped me to keep my luggage for a few hours before the train, after checking out. Very good place. Walking 5 minutes from main train station, and near the entrance of the old town.

There was a note in the room stating that the room would not be cleaned unless we requested it to be cleaned until midday. The reason was environmental, and sounded fine. But at least the garbage in each room could be removed daily to keep the rooms clean. It was the only negative side of my stay. There are no slippers, bathroom utensils, or potable water inside the room.

The location is very good. It is easy to walk everywhere. Just be aware that some noises may be heard at night as it is in a central zone. The room was quite clean. The towels and linens were clean. The staff is helpful. I had trouble accessing some websites outside Germany. It was resolved within a few hours after notifying them. They also helped me leave my luggage after checking out of the hotel.

Perfectly located just outside the wall circling the Altstadt, close to subway and bus/tram stops, and near the transport museum which is one of the must visit places in Nürnberg. Exceptionally friendly staff and very homey atmosphere. All amenities are in good condition, no problems with anything. All in all a very pleasant and enjoyable budget-friendly stay, highly recommended.

Such a great stay! Staff on reception are so friendly and welcoming. Room is bright, clean and the beds are comfortable. Large bathroom with separate bath and shower with large window. So refreshing to see how much this hotel cares about their guests comfort. Cannot find fault 👍😀 Thank you, it made my stay in Nuremberg very special and I will definitely be back.

Single bed tight to the wall - could easily bang elbow into wall - with no bedside table. Shower fixtures are old. No major problems. I would stay here again.
