It is very surprising for a four star hotel not to have a restaurant on site to serve dinner. The upper floor (apartments) is not as imposing as the other floors and has a very squeaky floor. The apartment was spacious however the flooring was extremely dated and discolored, and the furniture was quite poor. There was no fridge.

The location was good and the breakfast was a good range of choice. The back garden was very nice and peaceful.

The automatic lights in the bathroom. Whether needed or not, it is always on. During daytime the light is not needed but it can't be turned off. During the night it is just way too bright. It should have a switch to moderate it

The super comfortable bed and the air conditioner. The new rooms in the Dependance are great but on the top floor the AC is a lifesaver because the room heats up quickly. Breakfast was also very nice. Location is very silent, you can rest well.

I requested a garden view room and I got a room with a view to an inner courtyard and was therefore very dark and the view was not nice. Also, a room for three had only two beds and one sofa bed which was not very comfortable. Other than that everything was perfect

The hotel could use a renovation in the rooms. The breakfast is average.

The Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Location could not be better. You get a basket with towel and bathrobe for visiting the Therme. In general nice style. Big rooms.

Big room with the park view, excellent breakfast - ask for the omelet, it is fantastic. Walking distance to Caracala spa, unlimited mineral water at the reception, cookies, Nespresso coffe and tea. Staff is very friendly. They provided us with wellness towels and bath robes.

The room was not as I was expecting it and also not in line with the rest of the building: surfaces were a bit old, moquette had stains, and our pillow was dirty. Also I was not satisfied by the soaps/bathroom goods supplied, I would expect more from a 4 stars hotel: one 2 in 1 shower gel/shampoo and an hand soap. Also no slippers. Besides we had a double room with queen bed but in the end they were two single beds put side by side, not even joined.

Very good breakfast and nice building. The free beverages and biscuits in the lobby are very nice to have.

Wonderful location. Centrally located. 5 min walk to the Caracalla spa. Just by the Christmas market. Lovely breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious.

At check in it was after 3pm and yet we were told to wait, our rooms not ready. I was unhappy about this as we ensured our arrival was not before the nominated time. In giving reasons [housekeeping not completed] it was a case of 'not my problem' however we were given somewhere to sit and await the final processing of rooms.
