I would rate this hotel 10 if not for AC not working. It was a very warm day and our room was quite hot. Staff did everything to try and resolve issue but alas no AC. However, I did like the louvered shades that allowed you to keep windows open yet still have privacy. Also a manual on how to work the lights would be helpful, they were somewhat confusing

Overall hotel is gorgeous, staff were amazingly helpful and friendly! We ate one night in dining room and had a great meal. Hotel is also very close to train which makes it easy to get to many places. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The hotel is brand new. Located near the S-ban and Autobus station. Also, the spa is incredible. We rented the whole spa for 2, 5 hours just for 80€. The underground parking space is easy to access

For some reason we received only one room key to share which was a bit inconvenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at Innspire Hotel. It is located in the quiet street however in close proximity to a road with shops and just a few minutes away from S-Bahn. The hotel staff provided us with a safe parking and we do appreciate this gesture. There is a nice Italian restaurant adjacent to the hotel so was no need to search for a place to dine in the evening. It also provides a good continental breakfast for extra charge. The staff of both the hotel and the restaurant is friendly and helpful. The rooms are super cosy with careful attention to details to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

Unfortunately, the heating in the room wasn't working, making it uncomfortably cold, especially considering a stay with children in November. This could be a potential health concern

Very nice and spacious room as in description with excellent amenities. Loved the massive shower and there was even a sauna in the bathroom. Looked very well maintained and everything seemed of good quality. Happy to come back. Self Check-In in the middle of the night was possible.

Wonderful, modern hotel! I booked it last minute to visit Oktoberfest. I was very pleasantly surprised with how modern and well appointed the hotel was. Staff was excellent. I arrived late and they set up a way to get my key even when the desk was closed. Location was good. 10 min walk from the strassenbahn. Which was 15 min ride from Center of Munich. Will definitely stay here again!!!
