The room was very small, I expected more for the price I paid. No kettle or coffee machine for making any hot drinks. The lack of pillows in the room, had to request extra just to be comfortable. The Internet was shockingly bad, could not use any device. The TV had not a single program in English. Quite bad for an international market. The prices for the menu were outrageous so we avoided eating there. The shower has a very high step so it is a danger. The elevator is extremely slow and should be updated and perhaps install a second one also for the staff. There was no massage therapists in the spa, only a chair which was a very poor experience.

Room was functional but a lot smaller than expected even though this was meant to be an upgraded room. The bathroom was very small, with a faulty shower. Breakfast was adequate on the one day we ate at the hotel but is definitely over priced.

Really close to Munster station and in easy reach of centre. Reception areas are lovely and sauna/spa areas were peaceful and very relaxing after a full day of walking. Staff at the hotel are very helpful. Beds were very comfortable.

When drove at this hotel, the hotel's own parking lots were full, and we parked our car in a public parking building 400 m away from the hotel, by their recommendation. More parking lots near the hotel are desirable, although it seems difficult due to the structure of town in front of the station.

A good, convenient place near the Munster central station. Close to Munster's historical, monumental buildings. We were very much satisfied with the plenty of choices of breakfast buffet.

Location is slightly further away from old town and although I pay same amount for 3 rooms but we got 3 different layout which turned out one the room size is quite small compared to the other two.

The room is clean and comfortable with a 4-star hotel standard.

Everything met my needs so nothing to complain about. Though maybe what would be good is tea and instant coffee making facilities in the rooms. Most English Hotels have this and if this hotel did, it would be a plus point over other German hotels.

Location is perfect and staff very friendly. Highly recommend, especially for the fact that it's right opposite the train station and not loud at all. One can barely hear any noise from outside. The inside is very beautiful, I love the whole mirrored floors.

Hotel Restaurant menu sadly lacked variety of choices for lunch and dinner times. But the breakfast buffet was delicious.

The hotel looked stunning. The spa lounge and all the hotel facilities and staff were lovely.

The only issues I have are a) the intermittent Wi-Fi connection - the Wi-Fi has a habit of cutting in and out - and b) the size of the lift - not a bad thing if exercise is needed, but a fifth floor room is challenging when the carriage of luggage is needed.

This is our fifth visit and as ever the staff and general ambience of the hotel was fantastic.

- The main complaint we had was the WiFi stability. In the bed room the WiFi would keep disconnecting every few minutes, making it impossible to watch any videos. - The bed was missing some bigger cushions, due which you could not really sit up in the bed. The bed also had a big gap in the middle. - The room did not provide any coffee or tea, only a bottle of water. - The check-in time is a little bit late, from 15:00. We could not check in earlier as the room was not ready yet. However in most hotels you can check-in at 14:00.

- In exchange for not having room service, the hotel offered two free drinks (either in the bar or for in the room). Since we only stayed for two nights, this was a nice option. - The room was quite spacious (we had a free upgrade to a deluxe room).

Some (absolute minor) things are a bit outdated. Like the elevator built in the 50s sometimes has a hard time remembering at which level it is or the yellowish telephone next to the bed where everyone would expect a power outlet.

Very central, just across the street from the central train station. Good room size. Exceptional staff. We went to Münster to enjoy both the city and the countryside and brought our own bicycles. The hotel did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as it could get, provided a safe space for us to leave our bikes at.
