I received exceptional service from the front desk ladies. I came from South Africa not understanding German. They assisted me with dinner, train services and directions. Ten out of ten ladies. The breakfast is one for the books, wow blew my socks off. Friendly efficient staff and service in the breakfast hall. It is a spread for a King. It is impossible to leave their hungry and not satisfied.

My deluxe. room did not quite look like in the photos on Booking, but rather like the standard room. There was not much storage in the room, but we stayed only one night, so we had enough space. There was a bit of confusion about the parking place: my initial reservation message got ignored. But then, with a bit of luck, at the end, I found a parking spot.

I spent a night at the Kronenhotel with my son. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Stuttgart, at walking distance from the pedestrian area and all landmarks and amenities. Breakfast is nice and varied.

Room didn’t get cleaned (you have to explicitly say that you want your room clean, “opt in”, not as in most hotels). The room itself is somewhat old and in need of upgrades, the carpet is outdated, as is the furniture - Not 4 star hotel level. Reception staff is rather inflexible and doesn’t seek too hard to please the client. Expensive parking and garage entrance not very suitable for big cars (which are not uncommon in Germany).

Great location, very central but still quiet. Walking distance to palaces and shopping street. Breakfast also great, good variety of local foods and very friendly staff serving breakfast.

The hotel is a bit dated and could do with some renovation. But the location is perfect. It is very central, in walking distance of the areas worth walking around in the city.

It wasn't clear from booking.com that there was an extra charge for the wellness area. It would have been useful to have this information in advance. Also, the garden was closed. I know it was winter but it was a lovely sunny day and I would have liked the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy the sun in a quiet space.

The breakfast was excellent. A great selection, nice room and the service was very friendly and efficient.

This location is fairly far away from some restaurants and some key shopping locations.

The rooms are perfect for single travelers, bed and the shower were especially good, The train station being close was also also very nice.

This hotel is one of the best I've ever been. The stuff is very helpful. The nightshift guys helped me with Uber eats. The breakfast was really great! Also the next day when I checked-out I had 4 hours until my train so I asked lady named Luana if I could stay at the lobby for a few hours and she gave me permission and except of that gave me a cup of a great coffee.
