No matter with whom you are sharing a room, the "modern" kind of bathroom design offered no privacy due to the frosted glass door and a large gap underneath, which unfortunately did not block sound at all. It felt as though you were in the bathroom with your roommate, even if you were lying in bed at the same time ;-)

One of the highlights of the stay was the fantastic breakfast. There was an impressive variety of choices to suit all tastes and dietary needs. From fresh fruits, pastries, and cereals to hot options like eggs and bacon and many more, everything was delicious and well-presented. The staff was attentive and ensured that the buffet was always fully stocked. Additionally, the hotel boasts a great location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The hotel is located right at the central rail station and the old town is a few minutes away- a really good location for sightseeing or just passing through. The room was spacious and clean with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

I had a completely satisfying stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better—it served as an excellent starting point for exploring the old city. While the hotel does offer underground parking, it's worth noting that spaces are limited, so it's best to plan accordingly. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness. The bedroom was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. There was a great variety of meals offered, catering to a range of tastes. Whether you prefer something light or hearty, sweet or savory, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at this hotel. From its convenient location to its comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast offerings, it exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautifully designed hotel for excellent value in a perfect location for travellers. The whole Team is extra helpful and polite, speaking more than two languages and really supported us. We had a very comfortable stay with our dog. In a dog buggy I could even bring my dog to breakfast room. The check in was very kind and the lady made us feel comfortable and relaxed after the long journey. We really appretiate the outstanding customer service! The room was wonderul, the lobby, the bar amazing as well. At the breakfast the Team was so professional and polite also. Variety of cold and warm food was avaliable. The hotel is extemly clean. Bed is very comfortable. Bartenders were elegant and friendly. At check out time the cleaning ladies was saying bye and smiling and compilment our dog. We really appretiate that we could wait at the lobby and leave our backpacks after check out. Everyone was genuine, that made so much difference! We stayed 4 hotels in these days and Team Leonardo Royal Nürnberg is outstanding! Thank you so much!

I generally liked this hotel. BUT it was clearly designed primarily for business stays and is meant for a single person in the room. The overall room design did not have in mind a couple, or two friends sharing, like us, and definitely not a family. A couple of things turned out rather bothersome because we stayed 5 nights, the inconvenience was noticeable - The lighting in the room is not well thought through. There are bedside lights, of course , but in the rest of the room lights were ''all or nothing' and you turn it on when you walk in. Our room had an entrance area away from the bed, with a coffeemaker, a fridge, and a closet, but there was no separate light for that area, so if you want to use just that area or if you come late and don't want to disturb the other person, you can't do it. It's one switch with a card key, so when you come in, you light up the entire room. If the other person is sleeping or resting, it's disturbing. - We could not use the bathroom quietly at all without disturbing the other person. In our room, the bathroom was directly facing the beds. It had a sliding semi-transparent glass door which did not slide smoothly. Every time you use it, it rattles loudly and you can't do it softly, All the sounds and lights are right there. - The lighting in the bathroom is very bright, I would say glaring and because of the glass door the whole room is lit up, and it disturbs the other person. But even if you're by yourself, you may not want super bright lights at night. there is no nigh light and you cannot turn on just some of the lights in the bathroom. I usually bring a plug-in night light exactly for this, but there were no outlets in the bathroom, either. Not one! Not even from the hairdryer as it cannot be unplugged, it's placed in the drawer and the cord goes somewhere from inside the drawer. I had to charge the toothbrush next to the TV.

For people with mobility issues, the hotel is large and there is quite a lot of walking from lobby to rooms.
