The check-in process was a bit difficult alone at night. I didn’t know I had to go through the gate, and then it wasn’t obvious that the keypad was on the mailbox near the door rather than on the door itself.

There was a good amount of space, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure

The apartment is in a block that is a comprised of a selection of Limehome and other properties. Our apartment was 72 steps up from the front-door (no lift). The central location is a little more "downtown" than city centre, though it is very handy for the railway station. Self-set trees and other overgrowth in the adjacent buildings brought us to the initial conclusion that we were in the wrong place. The apartment we rented had no parking space and I would not trust the nearby street-parking. Limehome require an excessive amount of personal information when booking and the process to get the two access codes was difficult as these did not come by WhatsApp as promised. Access to email when in another country is not always easy and although emails arrived later it was not as convenient as staff at the Limehome office in Berlin might think. That said, both assistants were polite and the second was very helpful indeed. We would go again - but don't arrive in the dark (or rain!). A night walk from the station to apartment might not suit everyone - though we had no issues.

Spacious, light, airy apartment in Leipzig. It was generally well-furnished and well-equipped though we did not cook there. We visit Leipzig regularly and we would book this apartment again - despite all the reservations we had about things other than the actual apartment.

I spend good few minutes looking for the PIN code machine, as I thought that the one on the mailbox was for the boxes and not the front door. In the app that guided you through the process of opening doors, it was only specified a step later that the box for the door is on the mailbox. It's not a big problem, just could have been written clearer. Also I wish there were curtains in the living room as the apartment is on the lowest floor and one of us slept on the couch and had sun shining directly at them in the morning.

The immediate area around the building is nothing special but at least it's quite central, close to the main train station. There were no curtains in the living room, significantly limiting us to the bedroom after nightfall (as otherwise people could see us from the street).

The heating was not the best, even we raised the degree, it was a bit chill inside. The kitchen can be more equipped, there are just a few options for glasses and they are not very comfy to use. And the kitchen needs more lighting, you can't see during the night, we used the lamp in the bedroom in the kitchen to see through stuff.

The entrance instrucions were clear, we had no problem with that. The apartment was spacious enough to settle for three people. The location was good, it's 15 mins walk to the city center and very close to the train station & shopping mall.

it is extremely complicated to obtain the code for the door, that was about my worst experience ever! You need a modern device (my old laptop did not do) and a scanner to get the necessary documents. And then the door did not open, as it turned out, you need to turn the knob into the other direction than indicated both in the description and on the knob, urrrgghhhh

Kitchen area was dark. Dining table next to toilet. Dangerous bathtub height to climb into for showers (above knee level). Stuffy:No proper cooling, fan provided was very noisy. Bathroom sink smelt musty and mouldy. Outside was noisy when windows are opened- ambulance with sirens and cars passing by. Outside environment was drab and graffitied.

Nothing to like other than it providing the basic necessities such as toilet, kitchen & bed- old despite the effort to dress it up. Bright and sunny during the day but dingy and dark at night.

Nothing I could think of. Definitely one of my best experiences this year.

The place is excellent! Everything exceeded my expectations. The place is quite big, there were some really nice welcome goodies on our arrival. It's close enough to the Altstadt, many buses and tram options - we could also walk to the Hauptbahnhof. Higly recommend it!

The building is located next to a slightly busier street, earplugs may be needed, however I generally had no problems.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. The place was very clean, the kitchen equipped with everything needed. It was very nice to find a welcome gift in the room.

Description of how to find the property and where to find the first keypad to enter first security code for main door was pretty much non existent. Apple Maps would bring you to a completely different place. We were lost for over an hour. Calling like home call Center did not help at all
